Ordered an arrangement to be delivered on a date in the future. They delivered it the same day as it was ordered. Flowers were ok, but the sentiment was not the same since they messed up the delivery date. Emailed them about the issue and received no response. Called to complain and was told they try to catch this before it happens, but sometimes it just does. Won't purchase from here again.

I went to buy a flower arrangement for Valentines. I was very pleased with the stores first presentation and impression. Staff was friendly and eager to please the customers. Their workmanship with all the flowers I saw were beautiful. Prices were good. Getting in and out of the parking on 17th is the only discouragement. Overall this is a wonderful business and I recommend it to everyone.

My co worker loves yellow roses so we wanted some in the bouquet and those were missing. I understand that sometimes things just aren’t available but I just wished they had let me know when I came in to order that they wouldn’t have any.

We ordered flowers late on a Friday afternoon for a funeral Service the next day. We were guaranteed delivery. Unfortunately no one was home and the dog chased off the delivery person and we didn't have an up to date phone number for my relative but didn't realize it. Once i realized that the number we had for our relative was no longer in service, and got a valid number to the florist, they were already closed. They did get it worked out and the florist was very sweet and delivered the flowers first thing on Monday. They were absolutely gorgeous and everyone loved them. We would have paid double for this arrangement elsewhere. Thanks Halley for all your help and for being so sweet about the miscommunication!

It's the Friday before mothers day and I wanted my to send some flowers to my mom and mom in law at work today. We have other plans this weekend but I wanted to send a little something to kick the weekend off. My mom works in Blackfoot so I called Busy Bees and they made a beautiful arrangement for only 16.99! I'm so pleased with how it looks! I called Stakers in Idaho Falls and asked them to make a simple sweet mothers day arrangement for my mother who works in Idaho Falls for around the same amount. The lady said she could do carnations and daisies or something, I just asked that it had white n pink to be mothers day-ish. Needless to say it was no where near as lovely and didn't look mothers day like at all and cost more. when I called them to simply explain i wasn't satisfied the lady argued with me about it and said that it was worth more than I paid and it had a little white with pink in the middle of the white flowers. It was mainly yellow sunflowers. After enough bickering i asked for her boss, she said she couldn't call me back until the middle of next week. Wow right? I just won't be going there again. And you'll have to explain EXACTLY what you want, they are not artists. If you get Monica just ask for someone else immediately Thank you Busy Bees in Blackfoot for taking care of me today, Hassel free and a beautiful arrangement.

We ordered a $120 bouquet for a funeral in my family. When it was delivered it didn't have the flowers we wanted, was stuffed in a small jar and really looked like they used the flowers they could not sell. We came off looking cheap and the flowers looked like they had spilled and were stuffed back in the vase. Wish I could post a picture here
