I called them because they showed one price online and then when I entered the zip code it change the price to ten dollars more. All they said was I don't know why. You can't honor that price or tell me why?

Well first off someone one is our complex got one of these sent to them but they are in 505 and we are 105 and second I was in the shower and Heard them ring the door so I got out of the shower right away went to grab my robe from my room and they have LET THEM SELFS INTO MY HOME!!!!!!!! Follow up I called them and they did not even seem to care at all...

Because of all the beautiful florals my reception smelled amazing and had a beautiful romantic garden look! The flowers were the wrong color. They were supposed to be a light purple and darker purple. I was nervous about getting the color right, but I was reassured several times it would be purple. I sent them a picture to go off of, but when we picked the flowers up day of wedding all the flowers were a dark pink and at that point there wasn't much that could be done...paid full price. I have gotten several flowers from here and it's been great. It was just very disappointing that for my wedding the flower colors were so off and not what I wanted.

I live in Arizona and my daughter in Rexburg had to have a surgery on short notice. I was unable to get there to support her and called to have flowers delivered. I asked for them to be there within the hour and the owner himself got them there before she had to leave for her surgery. I cannot thank Everyday Floral enough for helping me comfort my daughter. On top of that, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

My fiance was looking for floral options for our wedding and set up an appointment at everyday floral. She showed up at the scheduled time and the lady who was there was unaware that an appointment was ever made and acted extremely inconvenienced that my fiance was there at all. Instead of offering up suggestions and ideas she made my fiance feel small because she didn't have "examples" of what she wanted by bringing in pictures. We were hoping she could offer a ballpark price range but she wouldn't help because we didn't know exactly what our "budget" was. Other floral shops in Rexburg and St Anthony were very helpful, sat her down to go over ideas, made her feel important and offered options budget wise. This lady stood at the counter acting like she was put out that she had to actually work at her job and my fiance eventually had to just said thank you and leave. This is very disappointing, I don't know what other employees are like at this location and I don't know this lady's name (she didn't bother to introduce herself) but she definitely lost a big sale!

We recently had a funeral arrangement made, and were very happy with flowers. We met with one of the employees to discuss what we wanted in the arrangement, and were very happy with the attention to detail that she gave. All of the staff was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The flowers were in great shape, and lasted well past the funeral. We will definitely be using Everyday Floral again, and would highly recommend them over any of the local grocery stores.

I had been a loyal customer to Everyday Floral for about 8 years, for birthdays, anniversaries, births and other random occasions. For those 8 years everything went well. However, my last in store experience was quite disappointing as the clerk was not very friendly. I decided to overlook the last in store experience and give them another try so I ordered through Everyday Floral's website when I was out of town for my anniversary. The flowers never showed up (yes, it looks bad on your anniversary when you appear to have done nothing), yet the charge went through on my card. After calling the store, they could find no record of my order so I had to go through the credit card company to cancel it. All in all, I was still willing to overlook it, but what disappointed me the most was that they never tried to apologize.

I went in to get prices for wedding flowers and they were completely unprofessional. I knew more of what I was talking about than they did! They were not familiar with the flowers I wanted, all they asked about was a brides bouquet and grooms corsage then they thought they were done, when I said i wanted groomsmen and bridesmaids they were shocked, when i said i wanted flowers for the parents they were shocked, and when i said i wanted centerpieces they were completely shocked! I had even asked before we started if they do wedding flowers and had done weddings before and they said they had. Anyone who has done wedding flowers before should expect to do more than just one bouquet and boutonniere. Then when I told them I wanted a price quote they were shocked and they got mad that I was shopping around for flowers, they had expected I was going to use them so once they found out (which i had told them in the very first place that it was just a price quote and they ignored me) they treated me like I had wasted their time. They were not welcoming or polite.

Quality, experience, and amazing customer service—highly recommend Everyday Floral! I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and was impressed throughout the whole process. I called and spoke to Dena about what my mom liked and she helped me through the process of making a one-of-a-kind arrangement, while saving me money. Once the flowers were out for delivery, I got a call from the delivery driver who said my mom wasn’t home. They literally waited 10 minutes just to surprise my mom with her birthday bouquet!! Rexburg is lucky to have such a great flower shop.

I hate to write this because I used them once before and they did a great job. But with how terribly dishonest they were this last time, I will never use them again. We ordered a 70 dollar bouquet for my mother-in-law's birth day. Needless to say what was sent was only a quarter of the size that it was advertised to be. (no exaggeration. my wife counted all the flowers from the picture to make sure.) Thinking this might have been a mistake we went in to talk to them about it. They told us it was not a mistake, "They just didn't have all the flowers in stock" now if they had called and informed me of the situation and offered an alternative, or even discount for the lack of amount in floral promised, it wouldn't have bothered me and I would have worked with them. But instead they did not notify me. They made the very small bouquet and then charged me the full amount!!!!!!! That would fall under the category of theft and false advertising. and really really bad customer service.
