This is by far my favorite floral shop!! They always do such amazing arrangements for me and they are unique! Sarah is great with whatever weird and random request I throw at her and she always come through!! The staff is friendly and super helpful. What I really love about Petal Passion is that they also have great gift options, the kind of stuff you don't find anywhere else in town!! Love it!! :)

So disappointed in this florist. I ordered a large arrangement for Mother's Day via 1-800-flowers and the pictures I received when it was delivered are NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered. I realize comparable substitutions are made when certain flowers are not available, however, they filled the arrangement with large greenery pieces and placed very few flowers in the arrangement. I immediately called 1-800-flowers to have a new arrangement delivered and this one picked up and the florist declined the complaint stating there was nothing wrong. I wish I could upload a photo to show everyone what was delivered-extremely disappointed. I would never use this florist again: horrible arrangements and awful customer service!

They did a great job with my bridal bouquet, however they messed up my flowers for the big day. I also paid for two flowers for my cake and only received one. Two out of the five men's boutonnières had to be hot glued together because they fell apart when attaching to the coat. Friendly enough service, but not impressed with the quality.

I am so happy with my experience coordinating my wedding flowers with Petal Passion from start to finish. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but had a general theme and idea. Sarah and her team were wonderful to give me ideas and suggestions. I decided to trust their expertise and they did not disappoint! I have never seen a more beautiful bridal bouquet and all of the flowers exceeded my expectations. My friend picked up my flowers on the wedding day and text me “they are so perfect, it made me cry!” We had the best wedding with many guests commenting on the beautiful flowers. I will work with Petal Passion again anytime I need flowers. Oh AND....my husband’s greenery lei arrived damaged from Hawaii (outside their control) and Sarah called me with options including making one herself. She was so comforting and confident.....I suspect the lei she created was likely better than the one we special ordered, AMAZING! Thanks again!!

They are amazing! I had ordered flowers long distance ( I'm in Denver) and I had ordered a specific bouquet online it was a super cute little penguin vase which unfortunately they didn't have. But they sent me pictures of what they did have in stock and took the time to explain why they didn't have the penguin. Since I was ordering long distance and the order had gotten changed I ask if they could send a picture once it was done so I could see it, my grandmother doesn't have a way to take a picture for me. They made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. All around they were very helpful and so sweet, not to mention the bouquet was beautiful!

Fantastic service bundled up in a small-town business. Maybe it's the perks of being from a small town, but when my mother wasn't home to receive her flowers on Valentine's Day, these people called another member of the family (they recognized the last name), and made sure that the flowers were left with a neighbor for easy pickup. They did not leave them outside in the cold, and they did not just turn around and continue with other deliveries. You don't get this kind of service with corporate businesses. I am so glad that I gave Petal Passion my business, and I will continue to in the future.

Jason @ Pedal Passion did a fabulous job and helped me make our team feel special at SiteOne! The custom gift basket filled with Mountain Dew, energy drinks, snacks and chocolate was a hit! The small custom half barrel complete with artificial grass it was delivered in was adorable (scratch that...guy talk- it was cool!) and the presentation was absolutely perfect! Thank you Jason!

Have used Petal Passions for several different occasions. For my grandmother's funeral they went above and beyond for the flower arrangements. They were more then I could have ever hoped for. For small occasions they always have exactly what I needed. I love this shop and the owners and employees are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They know what I want when I'm not sure. Update: The owner graciously brought a new bouquet to our home and apologized to my wife. Great touch, thank you! Terrible service, yet a beautiful arrangement. My wife is in radiation for breast cancer and her good friend wanted to send her a "breakup note" from cancer and scheduled delivery for the last day of treatment. Instead, they delivered it over a week early. Then they called and asked for the flowers back (we declined). And they did nothing on her last day of treatment.

UPDATE: I changed my review from one star to five because the owners of Petal Passion immediately remedied the situation: 1) They not only emailed me, but they also called me with an apology. 2) They offered to send a new bouquet to my mom, and they even remembered my mom from previous deliveries. It's clear the owners care about providing the best service to customers. Their messages were very sincere, and I understand that this one experience was a fluke. I've decided to continue using Petal Passion for the following reasons: 1) My mom always says they're very nice when they deliver flowers. 2) My father now tells me that the Christmas arrangement I had delivered was very lovely and the birthday delivery did not reflect previous deliveries. 3) I've never had owners reach out to me so quickly after I've emailed a complaint. (Thank you, Jason.) ORIGINAL POST: I used this florist for two years. For the first time, I traveled to see my parents two days after I sent my mom flowers for her birthday. Boy was I disappointed. The arrangement was tiny for what I paid. And, because it was shortly after Valentine's Day, they used a leftover Valentine's vase. I requested a "birthday" style message card, and my note said "Happy Birthday." I felt terrible that my mom's arrangement ended up seeming like I ordered a Valentine's Day "sale" arrangement. I regret giving this florist my business for over two years. I won't use them again.

I ordered a plant for a funeral and it wasn't quite what I ordered so I called them and voiced my concern and Sara (owner) was so wonderful about it, she made it right that same day and delivered the plant herself and apologized to my friend in person. Ordered my bouquet and flower crown from here for my wedding and they got it totally off and didn’t have it ready until the last minute. My sister had make me a whole new flower crown and I had to cut out all the stuff I specifically told them NOT to put in it. It started falling apart the minute I took it out of the cooler. Sara did an AMAZING job, the arrangement was different and so beautiful. I couldn't be more happy with her birthday flowers. It's unfortunate that there is not a 0 star ranking as this business does not deserve a single star. My husband ordered a bouquet to be delivered to me after viewing their website. When the bouquet arrived it was MUCH smaller and contained less expensive flowers then the one he chose. The florist had subbed the roses for carnations which in my opinion is not a fair trade. Upon revisiting the shop we were told that the owner was reluctant to correct the problem as we had left a low rating on their business page. Clearly the Facebook rating was more important then their customer's happiness. After posting pictures on their Facebook page of the bouquet shown on their website compared to bouquet I recieved, I was then accused by their delivery woman of altering my arrangement! Long story short, this is a shameful company. They provided me and my husband with the worst service we've EVER received. I would strong suggest anyone considering doing business with them to go another route.

Bar none the best Florist in the area! They are always attentive with everything they do and are very creative! Prices are very competitive and the flowers aren't some cheap thing that a grocery store would have! I have ordered from them personally for my wife and my mom and they always absolutely love it! I chose this place for my sister to get here bouquet for the wedding. When we went in for the appoinment the lady had no idea and just pulled out a book. She had but 1 sample and nothing else of prior ones she had done. We went ahead and ordered as the store was filled with pretty flowers and they looked beautiful. The day we go and pick it up it is just handed to us and it was not what I expected the flowers looked almost exactly as dollar store flowers the ribbon was tied but not even showed any effort. For the $65 and quality I could have made it myself.

Attempted to order a floral arrangement here and the staff was rude and short. Another customer who appeared to be "friends" with the staff was commanding all their attention and I apparently wasn't worthy of garnering any customer service. I wasn't even greeted upon entering the establishment and no one said a word to me the twenty minutes I wandered around and stood there. Took my money to another local florist instead.
