I bought my Mom a bouquet in early November I was super disappointed the arrangement wasn't big at all only a few flowers and they were wilted and died the very next day . I won't be using them again

I love coming into this shop! Nieman's has a beautiful selection of flowers and floral arrangements. Creativity and attention to detail are definitely two aspects that I look for in a floral shop, and Nieman's Floral makes that evident as soon as you walk in with the arrangement on display. They also have some really neat and unique gifts. I highly recommend Nieman's Floral whether it be for a nice little house plant, a gift for a client, a special bouquet for that special someone, or, as I have recently seen, incredibly gorgeous wedding arrangements- you will find it here.

I am writing this review of four stars to the owner of this shop. I had written an earlier review regarding an unacceptable arrangement delivered to a funeral. The owner called me and asked for a picture of the arrangement. She agreed that it was unacceptable and refunded me the full cost and gave her sincere apologies. This is the way a business should be run. My only regret is that I didn't write this added review sooner to avoid any loss of business for her shop. I received a notice that 54 people had read my earlier review.

I called Saturday morning from Boise to order flowers for my Grandmother and Nieman's said they would have the flowers to her within 2 hours. The person who took my order was polite, chipper and professional. I went into Nieman's last year when I was in town and requested a bouquet and although they were about to close, they made one for me on the spot.
