I ordered a $50 bouquet of tulips to be sent to my best friend and she got daisies. It looks cheap. I am not happy. Looking at the reviews, if you are ordering as a Pullman resident, you might get what you want. If you are from out-of-town - you won't.

When I needed to get flowers to someone quick, I gave them a call and within a couple hours the flowers were delivered and someone was greatly cheered up. Big thumbs up to them.

I would give a 0/5 if I could. Ordered flowers and they were delivered on the wrong day. I called to ask about the mix up, and Mitch responded with, "What do you want me to do about it?" and that it was "human error." I understand human error, it happens--I've also worked in retail. What I don't appreciate was the lack of apology. If he had initially answered my question with less attitude and a "sorry, it was human error" I wouldn't be as upset. I guess next time he should learn to read. Trying to support local, but Safeway is significantly better. I saw a picture of the bouquet sent and it was small and didn't include everything in the picture.

Great place for those special occasions. If I want something quick for my wife, well done and delivered – they deliver on time even on a busy Mother’s Day. And, if I need it in Cow-wa-mazoo, Kansas, I just call and they take care of it.

Absolutely terrible! The bouquet of flowers was actually MUCH MUCH smaller than the picture online. You can go to Safeway and get the same thing for 60 dollars less...Definitely not worth the money. Never ordering from them again.

Ordered flowers over Valentine's Day for my girlfriend and based on the pictures on the website I was very impressed with how full and vibrant the arrangements were. I had a hard time deciding which arrangement I thought looked the best because they all looked so great. The greatness ends at the website however. Either their photographer is top notch for being able to make the arrangements look so vibrant and enticing or they are taking pictures of someone else's arrangements. The bouquet that was delivered to my girlfriend was nothing like what was advertised. There was a ton of empty space in the vase and it was clear they had withheld roses to save money and spread them out amongst other bouquets ordered for the holiday. The only similarity between the bouquets shown online and the one delivered was that they both incorporated roses. Bottom line, I was severely disappointed with what was received and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Hopefully this prevents others from having to experience the same sort of disappointment.

I did not receive any gifts from this absolutely disrespectful company but I was a desk worker for a residence hall that a package was delivered to. The delivery person, Katy, was extremely rude when I asked her to sign a special package slip for the delivery. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional towards me when I told that, as policy for my resident hall, I can not accept liability for anything that is not signed for. Please for the love of that is good, never use this company to send gifts, they are extremely unprofessional and have absolutely poor customer services.

I received a bouquet as a gift from my boyfriend. I worked for a very good florist over the summer, so knowing how a proper bouquet should be arranged give me insight to how bad this arrangement was. It was over priced, sloppy, none of the flowers or greenery was stripped, and they compensated filling space with sloppy greenery and the roses weren’t even trimmed down to fill the vase nicely just to make the arrangement look big and full (which it didn’t). A very poor job. I had to strip, fix, and rearrange the bouquet myself.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a Mother’s Day flower delivery from here. Both times I put an order in at least 2 weeks ahead of time, both times orders came out perfect. I LOVED how they had this truck as an option for sending flowers

I used them for several mother's days in a row, but they always disappointed. The arrangements were small, boring, and overpriced. You basically say, "I want a $50 bouquet for my wife," and they'll give you something you don't feel is worth $50. I switched to Safeway. Even they do a better job.

My WSU sons birthday, I searched for Ballons to be delivered, very difficult to find delivery to Pullman. So I called , and Yes Neils does balloons. They were delivered 3 hours after I called. The kid sent me a picture and it was more than I expected. Great price compared to "nationwide " sites online. I wish they delivered Birthday cakes too!
