By far the best flower shop experience I have ever had. I had a huge issue today with another place, I had gotten refered to them by the receptionist at my work. I called at 1pm and was able to have flowers delivered in the same day, talk about excellent service and going above and beyond. To who ever you are that took my call and order today thank you. This place is AWESOME, The "boss" was the most down the earth person i have ever spoken with. She helped me out even after there delivery services were done for the day she made it happen. She probably saved my relationship even though it was valentines day and they were probably busy all day she still was professional and kind. She didnt have to do this and she did. I ordered a Christmas cactus for my grandfather through Telleflora. What arrived was a poinsettia- of which my Grandfather is extremely allergic to! After contacting Meridian Floral with this debacle, they took immediate action and sent a replacement the very next day. Kind, courteous and thorough customer service will have me returning to Meridian Floral for all my future floral needs.

My Dad has passed away and some people ordered me flowers through Meridian Floral. They were so rude about delivering them as I work and they tried during the week. Then I asked if they could leave on the porch which they couldn’t because they “would die” which makes sense but I also thought what kind of quality are they? I got the flowers and followed care instructions exactly as listed the $130 bouquet was completely dead in 2 days. I was upset because I knew the people that sent them spent a lot of money. Spend your money elsewhere. I also received some from Albertsons hand delivered and they lasted 2 weeks and I didn’t have to do any care.

This is the first time I ordered a wrist corsage from your shop for prom. You are the BEST! I was so surprised at the magnificent job you did. The colored ribbons, the roses, and the sparkle ribbon was put together so beautifully, that it was perfect!. You opened at 9 am on Sat. making it easy to pick up before my son's track meet. I have ordered at other florists and you blow the competition away. Thankful high school mom!

Ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered to her while she was at work (8 hour work day) but they delivered them 30 minutes after she left. The online order information has a section that is entitled "delivery intructions" I filled it out and provided her hours but they still couldn't get them there between 9am and 5pm

HORRIBLE The customer service was great, my fiance and I were very happy with this company before the wedding. BUT THEN when they delivered the flowers for the wedding the day before, every single flower was awful and unusable. Every bouquet, boutonnierre, corsage. The worst flowers we have ever seen. They were brown, wilting, dying, shriveled. I paid $150 for my bridal bouquet and it looked like someone dragged wildflowers through mud and then waiting 5 days before wrapping it in a bundle. We had to go to the grocery store to buy flowers and make 5 bouquets, 11 boutonnierres and 2 corsages. When we tried to contact the store, they said they would call me back and NEVER did. When emailed the company all they did was defend all the places they got their flowers from and then even BLAMED ME for not calling enough contact numbers the night before the wedding. Even when we sent over documented pictures of the dying useless flowers. Was a HORRIBLE experience, absolutely ruined my last night before my wedding. I could not be more disappointed with the way they treated me as a customer and bride. Over $500 completely down the drain.

The flowers only lasted 4 days. I received them as a wedding anniversary gift and noticed they were a little droopy right off the bat. Contacted them through social media since it was a holiday weekend and was told they would follow up. It's been two weeks and no word for resolution. I would suggest they remove the satisfaction guarantee from their website! Asked the hubs NOT to order from them again. Heck... Albertsons' flowers are fresher and last longer!

Didn’t get my order delivered by requested time because they were “waiting to get more flowers” which I understand. But a courtesy call to me to give me a heads up or give me different delivery options would’ve been appreciated. Instead of me calling after my requested time to then find out. Especially disappointed since they were Anniversary flowers. With so many other floral options I definitely won’t be using them again.

She was efficient and actually cared about getting our flower arrangement customized and exactly the way we wanted. We don't get flowers often, but if we need them again, we're definitely coming back.

I am greeted with smiles and the owner is always so friendly and knows the perfect arrangement to suit my needs. Ordered flowers for wifes birthday off there website. What she recieved was nothing like the picture I had ordered from. There was hardly any flowers in the boquet. Specially since it was supposed to be the upgraded deluxe version " more flowers " for a grand total of $79.99. And the overall presents of the bouquet was just very poor put together. My fault I guess for being a lazy husband and not just going and picking out a nicer bouquet for a third of the price at Walmart !

My mother has used Meridian floral a time or two and had trouble with the flowers not lasting very long(seven days or less). Recently when my father passed away a good friend of the family used Meridian floral to send my mother two dozen white roses(my father's birth month flower). Within two days half of the Roses had bent heads and within 4 days all 24 were bent. My mother went to the floral shop and spoke to Natasha. Natasha ended up sending a whole new arrangement of 24 white roses to my father's Celebration of Life 2 weeks later. They were beautiful and lasted almost two weeks. Thank you meridian floral for making this right for my mother.

I placed an order online for some flowers. The flowers that were pictured online were somewhat different than what was received. However , I was so happy with what they sent that I didn't mind. They delivered on time and were reasonably priced. Would order from again.

The service was absolutely fantastic! Friendly staff, and super fast delivery. When the arrangement arrived, it was perfect. They were able to include my wife's favorite flowers and made her cry happy tears. The flowers were all fresh and full of color, and it was very easy to order through the helpful staff, who advised me on some things and got the order in really quickly. Well done Meridian Floral! Very disappointed in the design of this bouquet. I ordered over the phone. I told them several times to make it very colorful. To add lots of pinks, purples, orange and blues. This looks like they put together all the leftovers they had in store. I increased my price range twice. I wonder what I would have received if I didn’t... the bouquet was for my aunts baptism. The most special day in her life. It does not look feminine, it looks very much like it could be gifted to a man. I could have asked a family member to pick up an arraignment from Albertsons that looked 10times prettier. I told them to make it look like a mix of the “aromatic wonder” and “blue looks good on you” from their website. It has none of the flowers from either of those arraignment. So very sad...

Not bad, ordered this as a suprise valentines day gift online to be delivered for a friend and the flowers were very nice! They totally butchered the card however...chopped random words out of it, and made no sense. My Friend got a good laugh out of it, but it was rather embarrassing.

Hubby had some flowers delivered to me for my birthday. It was a cute little arrangement until I found out he spend $120 on it. He showed me the picture (he got off their website) that he sent to them and I sent him the picture of what I got. Night and day difference. Yes the box of chocolate was $10 so okay he spent $110. Still. Ridiculous. I told him to call and get a partial refund because they lied to him about what I would get.

I have got my wife Valentines Flowers every year for 7 years, I called Meridian Floral to do so and they screwed it up. She did not get the flowers ordered on that day. There customer service was not up to par I would tell anyone wanting great flowers shop somewhere else. When someone orders flowers it to up lift a day.

*** update, we had a miscommunication with the flower shop, and they were able to deliver the flowers on time. She loved them and the flowers truly did turn out beautiful. Just did regard my review down below I placed an order on line to be sent to someone's work. Never was delivered, and they got off at six (I ordered them 10 o'clock their time) Because of Easter Sunday I, of course, can't call till Monday. What was suppose to be a surprise, now they will have to go and pick It up two days later because I'm 2000 miles away. I ordered from a different place for Valentine's Day ( extremely busy holiday) and they had NO problem delivering it. I wouldn't be so upset if they would have let me know before hand, a simple email would've been nice.

I confused the pick up of an arrangement a day too soon. My mistake, however Lydia was extremely accommodating and understanding to get it done within the hour for me. I offered to come back the next day at the proper pick up time as it was my mistake & because I didn't want them to rush getting it done in an hour. Natasha the owner confidently & genuinely assured me they would not rush and that they didn't mind. The arrangement was beautiful! When my wife gets home she will be so happy at the beauty of it and the awesome smell our whole house has! Thank you Meridian Floral for not inconveniencing me to make a trip back. I absolutely loved working with Natasha and Meridian Floral & Gifts for my wedding. I really didn't know what I was doing in terms of flowers, and they took care of everything. They incorporated my wedding colors and used our mason jar theme. (Yes, my friends were a bit skeptical of yellow flowers, but they were in awe when they saw the arrangements.) Before my wedding, Natasha graciously met with me one-on-one at a time that worked for me, sent me a photo of the flowers she picked, delivered the them on time at our venue, and set them up. I couldn't have asked for a better part of my wedding! I have also used Meridian Floral & Gifts for other non-wedding events. Again, I would give them the highest rating for customer service and product. I called, picked up the beautiful flowers, and was on my way... no problems or hassles. Are you kidding me!!!! Meridian Floral are INCREDIBLE. Today is my nieces birthday and her mom rented a hotel room for the night for Lily and a few of her friends to celebrate her birthday. It was last minute for me to get a plan in place to have flowers, balloons, chocolate dipped strawberries, and sparkling apple cider, delivered the same day prior to there arrival at the hotel. Even though, they did not have the treats I was looking for, I ordered them from Kneaders, and Shane arranged to have them picked up by his runner and deliver them with the flowers to the hotel, same day. Shane, you were so wonderful to work with, and you helped make this girls birthday a wonderful fun experience. I can not thank you enough for going beyond the services you provide.
