Carl went out of his way to deliver an arrangement on my wife's birthday. We had been running around town and Carl contacted me to coordinate the flower delivery to my wife, even coming back to the house a half an hour later when he missed us the first time. She loves the arrangement and selection of the fresh roses and lillies. Great service!!
