They said they tried to call my wife before they delivered the flowers to make sure she was home but she didn't answer the phone so they didn't deliver them isn't that the point of having flowers delivered is the surprise wow how could somebody be so stupid I guess I'm going back to Nancy's floral this will be the last time I use this place if you call and place an order make sure the gal that takes your order understands what's going on I explained it to her she obviously didn't pay attention to what I was saying

We were so impressed! They listened to us, gave us some ideas but REALLY listened to what it was we wanted! They also got out samples to give us a better picture of what it would look like! THANKS AGAIN! =)

They are great to work with. I live 1300 miles away from my ma & know nothing about flowers. I just place a call and they know what to do for her & I always get the best compliments from my mom for having such great taste.
