I wanted an event style arrangement (tall and impactful) for our housewarming in our new home foyer. The arrangement we received was stunning with willow branches in the very tall vase and a great mix of flowers that smelled amazing as our guests came in. It definitely had the wow factor. Thank you Hope Blooms. Highly recommended by me and I will be back for my future needs. On a side note: After I had the arrangement for a couple days I had an issue with some of the flowers and they went over and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Excellent customer service.

I love this store and have programmed their number into my phone and you should do the same. I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentines. My wife loves a specific flower most florists normally do not carry. When asked if they had them, they said no but would special order them. On Valentines Day my wife was ecstatic to receive the most beautiful floral arrangement. The next day, my wife noticed one of the flowers had died because it somehow broke off of the stem. She called the store and they said they would replace it. My wife expected to have someone just bring a new flower. Instead they brought my wife a whole new floral arrangement as beautiful as the first. Needless to say, my wife was the envy of the office, and I was a HERO for a day! Thanks Hope Blooms your the best!

Dorothy really came through for us on our wedding day. She took our vision from a picture I gave her and made it amazing. Our bouquets were absolutely beautiful and very personalized. Dorothy also made it a point to offer her help with any additional wedding planning needs. The price was rather expensive, but in the end you get what you pay for. Worth every penny and we would certainly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding.

I just have to leave a review!! My mother passed away a few weeks ago and the owner Dorothy was kind enough to donate a floral arrangement for the memorial reception. She found out what my mom's favorite flowers were and had it ready the day before the service. The employees at the store were friendly. The place was warm and inviting and it smelled like flowers the minute you walk in. I had actually just been at Meridian Flowers or Florals, I don't remember, the day before to just see if they had anything with just a single rose. My experience there was not like the one I had at Hope Blooms. Let me tell you, I was absolutely blown away at just how beautiful this arrangement was! She included white, red and yellow roses. My Mom's favorite. The greenery she included was gorgeous! The arrangement smelled liked roses and a Christmas tree. I've personally never bought an arrangement that was done as beautiful as this! This was very professionally done and I will never go anywhere else for my floral needs. Not only is the store owner very kind and generous, she runs her shop well and she definitely knows how to put together an arrangement. If you want to buy flowers done in the most fabulous arrangements then definitely go to Hope Blooms! You will not be disappointed!!

Danielle at Hope Blooms is amazing! She goes out of her way to create the most beautiful, fragrant arrangements that always bloom longer than expected. We have ordered from Hope Blooms several times - the most recent was for our daughter's graduation party. As per usual, Danielle outdid herself and everything was exactly as we'd hoped. We live in south Boise and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for flowers. Can't recommend Hope Blooms strongly enough!

Horrible Mother's Day experience! I placed and paid for an order for my Mother in Law who was visiting Eagle. It was very important to get the flowers to her because my Husband could not be with her. I received a confirmation with a delivery date of May 9th. At 3pm my sister in law informed me that the flowers had not been delivered yet. I called the flower shop and left a message because no one had answered. I finally received a return phone call at 6:04 Pm form Hope's telling me that they had "reached capacity" and wouldn't be delivering our flowers. The woman claimed she had sent me an email to tell me this but I never received any email. She was rude, offered no help and seemed to care less that it was now a time when all other florists were closed. I live in another State so it was impossible for me to arrange another option. Thankfully I was able to find 1 florist that was open and she felt so bad that they helped me. It did cost us more though, I will never use Hope Bloom Flowers & Things. Nor will I ever recommend them, I have never posted a bad review before but this florist deserves one!

My business I work for uses them for all of our seasonal arrangements and other birthday gifts. They always are providing the most adorable arrangements. Not Great At All- The flowers arrived at my friends house and they did not resemble the selection I paid for which was a $100 purchased. Emailed my concerns and never even got so much as a sorry or "will make it right". Will never order from this shop again- very disappointed and embarrassed on what was sent.

Hands down the best Florist in the Treasure Valley! Dorothy and her team did a wonderful job for our wedding day. It was a dream come true. Wow...I feel a surge of emotion looking back at the photos and wedding video to see all the floral arrangements, greenery and wedding details created by Hope Blooms. I did not need to hire a wedding designer because Hope Blooms created the most beautiful and magical wedding. We are still receiving compliments for having one of the most beautiful receptions at the Basque Center. We had a large wedding party and reception for about 400 guests. Hope Blooms didn't sweat it or show any signs of stress. Their attention to detail, great communication and warm smiles exceeded our expectations. They even sent me a little gift to not worry days before the big day. This team is truly so amazing, compassionate and add so much joy to the experience. My sister in law and her daughters experienced an unexpected death in their family and three little girls were left without a dad. I contacted Hope Blooms and asked for a “custom” arrangement - which meant I never got to actually see how it turned out till it was done and delivered. They delivered it that day (just a few hours after I made the order) with three little bears attached for each girl. So incredibly sweet and I know a lot of thought went into the arrangement. Hope Blooms has always been my favorite go to flower and gift shop. Last week confirmed it for sure... I had flowers delivered to my office and within a day they started to wilt. I sent Hope Blooms an e-mail to let them know and within an hour I had a phone call from them apologizing and arranged to deliver replacement flowers to me the next day (which are still looking fantastic).
