After reading a few of the other reviews, I realized I was not the only one who experienced such rudeness from this florist. I don’t write reviews, but Decided to give my input. I wanted to send a surprise Birthday Bouquet to a daughter working there from out of town. I called to ask if they were delivering over the Holiday wknd. The woman says-“ well NO! We aren’t even dealing with that and besides there are too many people in front of you!” Wow!! I replayed. So friendly.. you have a nice day. Before I finished the last sentence she HUNG UP ON ME! There is never! Any reason to be so rude. Ever! We send a lot of florist bouquets from out of State. 86’D off our list. Your lack of professionalism will catch up with your business.

Nice ladies this Hallmark has not just cards and gifts but specialty chocolate, even sugar free for diabetics, and a florist.

She never got her valentine flowers. Called and was told they were delivered so she went back to work and still not there. Rather disappointed. I don’t generally write reviews but seems I payed almost $90 for nothing.

I ordered flowers today and followed all of the online prompts to place my order. They followed up by email, not by phone, which thankfully I caught as I don't check my email often, needing more information. Once I sent a response, I waited a while and even sent another response to confirm they had everything they needed to finalize my order to deliver today. When I got no response, I followed up by phone where the lady in the background kind of rudely answered my questions and said it was out for delivery. I will not be ordering from this store again.

This is my favorite Hallmark. Not only did they personally call me to remind me about the Hallmark Ornament weekend, but they go out of their way to make sure I get the ornaments I "really really" want.

I attempted to order an arrangement for my daughter's birthday. I got error messages on my email and phone numbers. Said,"not in expected format". Can't imagine what format was expected!!! So I'll be ordering from one of your competitors. Sorry!

They have a good selection of cards for pretty much all occasions, a nice floral department with a good selection of arrangements and fresh flowers, good variety of other small gift items to help you find something when you are not sure what to get

I no longer have a Hallmark store in my home town. I travel to Coeur d'Alene on business and found this store. They have been EXTREMELY helpful when it comes to ordering and receiving Hallmark Christmas Ornaments. I could order the ornaments "on-line" but I like to look at the ornament first to determine the quality.

I LOVE this Place!! What a wonderful, cozy little store. I have literally been shopping at Hallmark stores since I was a little girl, and they have only gotten better with age. I think this Ironwood store is my favorite though. The Staff is really friendly and nice. They don't bug you with a lot of chatter and "helpfullness" either. They politely say hello and ask if you need help, then leave you alone to shop and browse. Their Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas displays are a particular favorite of mine. They are artists when it comes to setting up those displays! It is a very relaxing atmosphere. Spent some time there this morning while I waited to pick up my mom from her doctor's appointment. What a wonderful way to spend the morning.

I recieved a beautiful birthday cake of flowers from my daughter thru Holiday Florists on May 2nd and today is the 16 th of May. They look as good today as they did when they were delivered! Would use and recommend with out hesitation!

This is my go to place for picking up flowers for the wife. Friendly and helpful staff. I usually have them create an arrangement for me depending on what I'm willing to spend that day and they always look great. Flowers are much higher quality than the grocery store specials and last significantly longer. The attached photo is a $40 arrangement(I provided the vase).
