I went in yesterday to order an AMAZING bouquet to be delivered to my daughter today for her 25th bday. I was VERY specific in what I wanted, Red and White flowers to match the mug I brought in for them to use as a vase. I was promised by the lady who rang me up, for $42, she would personally make it special...I am disappointed beyond words....They sent pink and purple flowers in the red mug! I called and asked for a refund, they offered to deliver a new bouquet tomorrow? It's her b-day TODAY! They are suppose to take her another arrangement....to be continued :(

Called in the morning on Valentine's Day and I'm sure they were slammed cause I heard the phones going off in the back. Had the flowers delivered in the afternoon to my wife at work! And it is a fantastic arrangement. Although very expensive, they are worth it. My wife said the delivery guy was great as well (walked in wth a big smile and was friendly).

I’ve gotten arrangements from them in the past and loved them, but I’m honestly pretty disappointed this time around. The one I got this time looked pretty thrown together with holes everywhere. It’s a little embarrassing for a Valentine’s Day surprise.

Great store, called about some flowers that are not normally kept on hand and are from Hawaii, they were really happy to get them ordered for me and get them arranged for a great price definitely check them out. Also the bad reviews most are from years ago, businesses can change alot.

I don't live in Bosie Idaho but my older sister does. I order flowers for my sister several times and she was just so happy to receive beautiful flowers. Customer service is great and have talk to Mary a few times she very pleasant and helpful. That goes a long way with me. I use to work at a Florist their prices are affordable that goes without saying the great quality work they do.

Absolutely terrible place to get flowers from ! They had a issue with my payment and is been over 1 month and instead of calling me they call the law enforcement to notified me ! Witch they did at my work ! When I call the facility they say that I was getting charge with a felony , like if I’m a criminal ! I come back to the facility to pay and get over this issue ! But absolutely never will get anything from this place or have any of my people order flowers here !! The big basket that I got are almost dead so waits the money for this when they are not good at all , over price as well ..

Last Saturday I waiting until late int he day to place and order for flower delivery. Hillcrest was the only florist who answered their phone (or who was willing to talk to me at 3 pm on a Saturday about an order) and although they were about to close and technically done with deliveries for the day, they took my order and did the delivery. My aunt was thrilled with her flowers and I appreciate how Hillcrest took the time to make this happen for us.

Although they made a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me to give to my wife, it wasn't enough for me to get out of the doghouse. Other than that, they were very helpful. Also, they could work on their website because the online tool sucks.

I ordered flowers via their website to be delivered to my mom in the hospital. I am in California and searched for a local florist and they came up 3rd in my search. From the time I ordered to time of delivery was no more than 3 hours and the bouquet far exceeded the picture posted on their site. The bouquet was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the price was VERY reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend for any floral arrangements one might be looking to purchase!

Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday 2days in advance to be delivered to her office as a surprise. They were delivered at 4:45 p.m. the day of her birthday. When I called to express my disappointment at the delivery time the girl who answered made it sound like it was my fault for not specifying a time. Will never use this florist again. Poor customer service.

I was in a hurry and mistyped a word, I sent an email asking them to please correct the error and they did not! how embarrassing, it was a simple mistake that they should have just kindly fixed themselves with out being prompted. I should have read the reviews first. Surely, I will not use them again.

I ran in and asked for an arrangement for a friend for her birthday. I was fine to wait for the 10 minutes while they put something together and I was blown away. I only had $20 to work with but they made it look like it a $50 arrangement! My friend said they were some of the most beautiful she'd ever seen and was blown away. You all made her feel so special and loved for her special day. I also asked for some flowers for my husband for our anniversary and was so impressed. Thank you so much for all that you do! The flowers from your place also tend to last a long time so they are truly enjoyed

Disappointing to find out that two friends sent me arrangements for a very special day and both were delivered a day late. They called my friends to advise of this but at this point what choice did they have? Also when both arrangements arrived, they were exactly the same. Being the orders came from different States, hard to believe they picked out exactly the same arrangements. This should have been noticed and the arrangements made with different flowers/colors.

I was very excited to go in and order my wedding bouquet. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly. My fiancé and I explained what we were there for and asked if we could sit down and look through the books. As we were looking, another woman asked us what we were doing. I said that we were looking to order wedding bouquets. Her response in a very negative tone, "oh, well, you need to make an appointment for that" I replied, I'm sorry, I didn't know. She said yea, like if you know what shape you want and it's a small bouquet, I could probably take the order, otherwise there's only 2 of us here and you need to make an appointment. She only actually made eye contact once. I understand being busy, I understand being shorthanded, however, in a specialty shop with such a large amount of competition, your reputation carries a lot of weight, so to be rude and snotty, making the customer feel insignificant on a first impression, isn't good for business. We walked out and found a lovely florist that was just as excited for our day!

Walked into hillcrest floral employees were super friendly and I was in a really big rush, they managed to help me pick out what I wanted, as well as decorate and put together in a super fashionable way.
