I ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s birthday. I told them I wanted a big, full, colorful bouquet and price didn’t matter. I was sent a photo of the bouquet once it was delivered and it was nothing like what I was expecting. It was not big and bright and was in a mid sized glass vase. I then looked at the amount I was charged because they didn’t give me a total when i was ordering them, and they charged me $109.09 for it. I will not be a return customer here!

I want to thank you and your delivery person. Today, I ordered flowers from Fox Floral. I live in Indiana, and I ordered roses for my friend in Twin Falls. Not only were the flowers well received and beautiful, the delivery person had to walk them in, because the road was closed. This kind of service is to be commended. I will be ordering from Fox Floral again. Again, thank you so very much.

Apparently a new owner took over in December and customer service has been terrible. The delivery lady said that she stopped by my moms place of work to deliver and they didn’t know her; however, my mom works right next to the receptionist, so this doesn’t seem true. Through a series of phone calls and trying to work with the floral shop, they finally delivered and proceeded to tell the receptionist that my mom was going to “bite her head off.” Not professional. Hopefully with time customer service will get better, but my family will never use Fox Floral.

I called a few different places in the area and got the run around. Lots of hidden fees and things of that sort. When I called fox floral the lady I spoke with on the phone was super sweet. I told her my budget and they had an amazing arrangement sent to my mom in no time at all! If your looking to make someones day without the hassle fox floral is the place!!! Thanks ladies!!!
