My husband surprised me on Friday with roses from here for our 13 anniversary. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the bouquet was beautiful on Friday. However, the flowers totally wilted and are completely dead today. The flowers started wilting on Saturday. I added water to them and even changed it on Sunday. I know how much this bouquet cost and I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that my flowers started wilting not even 24 hours after buying them. I will never have him get flowers here again. Really disappointing.

I called Michelle absolutely distraught. I had made the mistake of ordering from Telaflora. After they had debited my card they emailed me to say they could not deliver. My daughter was to be honored at a huge ceremony and we couldn't be there. I called Michelle just a few hours from the gala and not only did she have the exact arrangement I wanted, but she hand delivered it. She saved the day. Flowers by My Michelle made the floral arrangements for our mother's funeral service. The spray, wreath and vased bouquets were all magnificent. Mom liked pastel blues, which are hard to find in nature, so Michelle painted white carnations and chrysanthemums and mixed those with white roses, lilys, and cobalt blue delphiniums. The results were beautiful!

I am so impressed with Flowers by Michelle! I found her online, and was impressed with her website. I had no idea what a great experience I would have, and wish I could give Michelle SIX stars. I called from out of state to send flowers to a friend. Michelle was so gracious and professional on the phone. She said it would be no problem to get the flowers out the same day, and asked if I would like to receive a picture of the arrangement, which I thought was so great. Sometimes in ordering from out of town, you feel like you will get the worst arrangement, because you don't get a chance to see it. I only mentioned in passing that it was for a "thank you," so when the picture came I was surprised to see that it had a brightly colored, fun vase that said the words "thank you" on it. I appreciated how well she listened and incorporated the theme into the arrangement. But that was only the beginning of the adventure. I had given a business address and cell phone number for the delivery,. When Michelle (who went herself to deliver the flowers) arrived, no one was there. She first tried to reach my friend, but got no answer, so she reached out to me to see if I could help track her down. The two finally connected, and Michelle cheerfully drove across town on a blistering hot Friday afternoon to make sure that this delivery arrived before the weekend. The entire time, she stayed in touch with me to make sure I was at ease and knew the delivery had in fact been made. And, of course, the flowers were beautiful! It is so refreshing to deal with a business that does what they say they will do in a timely manner, cheerfully, and with such professionalism. Michelle completely blew me away with going above and beyond the call of duty. I can only imagine what a pleasure it would be to work with her on a big project like a wedding! Thank you, Michelle, for taking such good care of this little thank-you arrangement! You completely made my day, as well as my friend's!

I called thinking it would probably be impossible to get a bouquet delivered to my daughter the same day. She was planning to have a simple wedding up in the mountains. They not only put together a custom purple bouquet for her, but they made a bouttinere for her fiance, too. She sent me a picture, and I was so blessed to be a part of this event through their thoughtfulness and willingness to help. Highly recommend this place!!!

My mother was a master floral designer for years, having worked in many high end shops in Denver, then owning her own shop. Her work was beautiful and she had so many repeat customers. Well. Let me tell you. I have NEVER EVER sent that woman flowers until today. Flowers by my Michelle did an AMAZING job! An excellent, affordable design, delivered the same day I ordered and my mom not only loved them, but raved about the quality of the flowers and how well the design was done, she said "oh, she's a natural!" any way... thank you so much for making my mothers 65th birthday special! Since I live out of state, I carefully read through online ratings to find a good florist. The other reviewers are right, Michelle is amazing. Her customer service is top-notch and the flowers she sent to my friend in the hospital were GORGEOUS. My friend was over the moon. Well done Michelle!!! 100 times better than what I've seen from national chains. A+ in every way.
