I loved my dance flowers from this place. The quality floral classics has simply the best out there. They always match the boutineer and crosage. I also love there bouquets they are simply stunning. And I must also mention there funeral flowers are beatiful as well they did such an amazing job on my grandma's casket spray and easel, they made a beatiful tribute that fit my grandma's personality perfectly.

Owner was disrespectful and condescending to me when I expressed my disappointment in my wedding bouquet. I asked for light pink roses and got hot pink. She made me and my daughter cry. Make sure you do not pay them until you see your flowers. They were all to happy to take my money up front but not deliver what they promised they could do.

I so appreciated the excellent service at floral classics ! I visited multiple flower shops in Idaho falls and left feeling discouraged and almost a burden to them for trying to make an appointment for my wedding flowers . Carla was so helpful and kind. All of her work is absolutely gorgeous. She went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted . Not to mention the unbeatable pricing for such a gorgeous display. I'm from Idaho Falls so Floral Classics isn't exactly on the way home from school but I ALWAYS get my dance flowers from Carla at Floral Classics. The girls there always make sure my date's flowers match mine and look awesome. The designers add their unique touch and I can never get over how fun the little wires and jewels are. There is definitely a reason this shop has lasted seventeen years. I am definitely coming here for all my floral needs!

I did not want to pay wire fees for sending flowers anymore so I decided to look up a local florist to deliver my flowers in Rigby. Through Google search I found Floral Classics and the reviews were good. I spoke with Carla,the owner, who took my order. I feel confident that my order, complete with Polka Dots, will be delivered in a timely manner. I appreciated the suggestions she made and will take advantage of them in future orders. Job well done!!!

Floral Classics did such a great job with my daughter's wedding flowers. I could not have been happier with how they turned out and the price was awesome! They were very kind when we met with them, asked a lot of questions to make sure they understood what we were expecting. I live in another state and needed to send a floral arrangements for a funeral. I called Floral Classics and received excellent service. The proprietor explained the many choices of arrangements that she offered, and once I had made my selection, she texted me a photo of the completed arrangement, and emailed me a delivery confirmation when the flowers were delivered to the funeral home. It is always tough to order flowers by phone, but Floral Classics made it easy. I would definitely recommend this florist.

I am writing this review because last Thursday I wrote one about how disappointed I was with them for the first time ever after all the years they have take care of all my families floral needs (I have removed the poor review, I gave them). I changes my review because the owner called and made it right with us. She was very polite and gave us in store credit for the error that was made. It is important to remember to search all local papers for obituaries and also understand that a family may not be able to afford to places obituaries in the newspaper because of how expensive they are. Thank you for making it right.

Floral Classics was recommended by a friend, I contacted them to do some floral arrangements for an arch for my daughter’s wedding reception. They listened patiently and a said they could do it. We’re worked together marvelously. I was in Seattle and planning for a wedding long distance was difficult. My daughter was so thrilled when she saw the arrangements. Then on the night before her bridal shoot, she was so disappointed with the bouquet she ordered through someone else. I called and asked if Floral Classics could make up a bouquet and they said ‘yes’. In less than 24 hours, they created a lovely bouquet!! What can I say but Floral Classics is they are fantastic. When my daughter was frustrated with an online florist who could not copy a design given a picture, Floral Classics delivered. Thank for being there for us. Your are our wedding angels.
