THE place in Jackson for flower arrangements! Ian and his crew are spot on EVERY time, I am never disappointed and my wife is always happy. (plus her coworkers are super jealous!) I've gotten flowers from him for every occasion, I've bought stems and live potted plants, succulents, cacti; you name it, they've got it. Total professionals whether I come in or place an order over the phone. You get what you pay for here. Try them, you won't be let down! Isn't your wife, girlfriend, partner worth it?

Don't use this florist. My husband called this florist and asked that a floral arrangement be sent on my birthday. The woman told him that they could deliver on my birthday, which was a Friday, and that they would call before coming. They did not call on my birthday. They called the day after my birthday, on a Saturday at 8 in the morning. I was so disappointed that they didn't get me the arrangement on time plus who doesn't love getting an 8 a.m. phone call on a Saturday the day *after* their birthday? To add insult to injury, the arrangement had gerbera daisies [my favorite] without stem sleeves. Any florist worth anything knows that gerbera daisies droop without a stem sleeve and that you must put the stems in sleeves to have the flower last even a few days. FAIL!!!

Great plant selection but terrible service. Four employees acknowledged me standing at the counter to pay but they all turned away and continued making arrangements. What the owner has failed to menation in his comment is that Piper, a employee, asked the the other employees twice to help me, after the second time she asked I should have walked out. As for being vocal, I was not yelling or being rude I was simply stating my experience with his staff. I also said that I hoped to come back in the future and have a better experience in the store, after the owners comment posted on Google I will not return and cannot recommend this store based on service.

He really saved us. Due to poor planning on my end I called the morning of our wedding to get a bouquet. First rate, personal service from the owner of this shop. Late in the afternoon after my uncle died, I ordered 2 arrangements for same-day delivery to two locations in Idaho Falls. Neither recipient was home, and because of wind, freezing temperatures, and animals; instead of just leaving the arrangements on the porch, a note was left at each home and the arrangements were redelivered early the next morning, with a follow-up call confirming delivery. Outstanding, thoughtful service and the arrangements were beautiful!

Had the best experience today. It's my wifes birthday and I decided to not order from some online store and to shop local. I went in, told her exactly what I wanted. No fuss, she pulled some strings and made it happen. I picked up the bouquet just a few hours later. Best yet, I spent exactly what I wanted to. When I presented the flowers to my wife, she literally cried. I've never given such an amazing bouquet with her favorite flowers. Without a doubt, I'll be back! This is the place to go!

I can’t rave enough about Marvel Floral and Summer. My mother recently passed away and shortly after I got married. Summer made the most beautiful memorial centerpiece for my mother to include in my wedding. Not to mention how gorgeous my flowers were for my wedding. Your safest bet for getting flowers from this location is to order them face-to-face. This ensures what you will receive. I ordered a $75 arrangement from an online flower site for Valetines Day for my wife. They were delivered promptly today, a week earlier than I scheduled. I appreciate the prompt service & all, but not when it comes to Valentines Day & the fact my "master plan" to win the Husband of Year was thwarted. Additionally, the flowers were a disgrace. I fully understand some substitutions are expected & the buds will open up, etc... But theses were depressing & not what I expected. I do not doubt this is an isolated event & not what you should expect as the norm. Order at this location on-site. See what you are getting & go from there.

Let me just start off by saying that I would recommend floral art to anyone!! This review is for services for a wedding they provided flowers for, but I have bought flowers and gotten advice on the care of plants from here as well. My wife knew exactly the colors that we wanted and they have an easy to use form to let them know all the information they need. the communication was speedy and professional, and after we got the original quote with flower types and everything we wanted a few changes, and they were more than happy to accommodate! They offer delivery but I picked them up the morning of the wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! Every bouquet and boutonniere was perfect!

Micha and her assistant at floral art are absolutely incredible. She made my bouquet, center pieces and all other floral decorations at my wedding. The flowers and arrangements were perfect. I couldnt have asked for better. Everything was beautiful and fresh. She also coordinated my wedding for me and exceeded all of my expectations. From decorating and setting everything up to the take down, she was there. Everything ran smoothly and the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders because of her. I could NEVER thank them enough for the most beautiful wedding that I had, it wouldn't have turned out the way it did without them. Anyone who hires her will not be disappointed. She is amazing at what she does and I would recommend her to everyone.

If you haven’t discovered Summer’s expertise yet then you haven’t enjoyed her AMAZING work!!! Summer was the florist for my daughter’s wedding in May of 2018 and she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond our wishes and I still get compliments today on the wedding flowers, greenery, center pieces, bouquets and boutonnières! It was no small job! We threw out our ideas and she hit the mark!! My daughter’s twin is getting married this coming summer and I wouldn’t use anyone else!! She’s an amazing consultant, buyer, and floral decorator!! While on vacation I stopped into Marvel Floral Art and asked them to create two floral sprays for my grandparents graves in Casper. Not only were they just gorgeous, the owner of the shop went to the cemetery to place them on the graves for us since we had already left town. And also placed a beautiful plant in the planter by the headstone. Then they emailed me photos of the sprays that were placed. You don't get service like this from small businesses very often. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

BEST FLOWER SHOP IN TOWN! After a completely awful experience at another shop in town, my husband tried to order flowers for me from Marvel, and let me tell you HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY ARE! They still look so fresh and new and I just can't get over them, on top of the flowers the girl delivering my flowers was so nice and respectful when my office had trouble finding me and she waited to make sure I personally accepted the flowers. They have most definitely earned a lifetime customer from me and my family. Thank you so much for making this flower experience better then my other at different shops here in this town!
