I used to work at Edwards Greenhouse in Emmett, in 2015 I loved it there I was going to be working there in 2016 but sadly they closed it down here in Emmett. I wish they would have stayed open because I loved it there the people were so friendly and helpful. I miss working in a greenhouse. Along with the people I used to work with.

Absolutely no one at this place knows anything about customer service!!! Only giving it 2 stars because they have an awesome variety of plants. When we arrived at the greenhouse, we went to a little open booth and I asked if that was where I could get some information and the girl inside looked at me and said, "I suppose so." I then told her I was looking for trees and she said, "well there are some right there and there are others scattered all around." No help there. We then walked through looking at every tree we could find and picked out two dapple willow trees. We walked around for about a half hour and not one person offered to help - oh, but that is because we didn't really see anyone who looked like they actually worked there. So since there was no one to answer questions or help, we got a cart and put the two trees on the cart and walked back to the booth to pay for them. There was a lady in front of us who bought a few containers of plants. They completed that transaction and asked if she needed help carrying her purchase to her car. We were next, we paid for our two trees and were not even offered help loading them. This place needs to step up and hire people who actually act like they care about gardening.

Always a beautiful place to shop for new plants, parking is a bit tight, but plants and help are amazing. I could spend all day wondering around looking at everything. One other fun thing, during the winter, they have a fun indoor park type activity, making it nice to get out of there winter gloom once in awhile.

I purchased Daylillies and the pictures Edward provided on the none blooming plants (were so OFF) the colors dont even come close.. Sooo disappointed.. never trust the colors if you are going with a certain theme or really dont want yellow.. i now have to dig up my rock garden :( :( :(

People back in plants section are sometimes knowledgable and sometimes have no idea. Love the selection but customer service people at registers leave a lot to be desired.

First time visitor last Saturday May 13th. I was excited to finally see Edwards Greehouse in person after hearing so much about it. Great looking greenhouses, but customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Staff to customer ratio was very low. Finding an available staff member to help me was nearly impossible. I asked one staff member if they would be willing to stop watering seedlings and help me, and he said, "I would rather not".

Not only does this place have amazing plants, the staff is top notch. SO helpful and everything is guaranteed! I recently bought 2 birch trees and called them to ask why one of them had lost 1/2 of it's leaves. The lady said to water it a ton and it should be ok. But to make sure she added a year guarantee for me. AMAZING - who does that? Edwards does! GO there. You won't be disappointed.

Edwards Greenhouse is a big, beautiful greenhouse that has huge variety of plants! If you’re looking for a nice place to pick out some lovely plants for your home or office, Edwards will probably have something that will work for you. I went for the first time for a senior portrait session and it was absolutely perfect! They have indoor and outdoor spaces for their plants and cute tables and chairs!

This is our go-to place for fruits and vegetables in the spring. It becomes a madhouse on Saturdays, and some of the staff can be a little bit flaky, but overall it's a great place to find plants.

This is hands down the best greenhouse in the valley. Annuals, veggies, herbs and perennials. Baskets for mother's day, florists on hand, and cute gifts. If you've lived in Boise for more than a year and haven't been here, you're missing out. The employees are nice and very knowledgeable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga provided at Edwards Greenhouse guided by Jason Allen Carr/YogaPop! He offered a healing color meditation at the end of his flow class that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The environment/atmosphere in The Legacy Garden located north of the greenhouse allows you to take in the garden, breathe in the fresh air and connect with all the life inside the garden. I highly recommend his classes to reset and center to create a better life.

After shopping here for many years, I now purposely avoid shopping there on Saturdays. Cashiers are impolite, and people in the know do not come in at opening time which leaves uninformed and poorly trained workers in lose-lose situations where they have no answers and no idea how to deal with customers. This is a business decision on Edward's part. On a daily basis, management has abandoned employees who make the most contact with customers - and it shows.

Man, this place is awesome. It's like an indoor greenhouse paradise for plant lovers. Even if I don't end up buying anything I love walking around checking out the huge selection. I will say that the indoor plants aren't always in the absolute *best* condition, but I'd say they make up for it with quantity and selection. If you like plants stop twiddling your thumbs and get to Edwards!

Family owned greenhouse for over 80 years. The best in Boise. they grow almost all their annuals in their own greenhouses. The plants and trees that they bring in are all of the highest quality. They have a great selection hard goods garden supplies and other interesting items. You can easily lose a day there just wandering through everything and enjoying the sights and smells.
