They were absolutely wonderful. They helped me and my mom find the flowers we needed to do my wedding. Tim was helpful and insightful. My wedding flowers were beautiful! Thank you so very much for helping us out!

I love this place! All the workers are very knowledgeable ,friendly and make me feel like family. The quality of their flowers is extremely dependable. They support local where they can and are always willing to go the extra mile to help me out in a pinch. Thank you DWF!!

I went to DWF to look around and get prices for flowers; I was planning on doing a wedding bouquet for a friend. Prior to visiting DWF, I looked on their website to find out any details I would need to know to be able to purchase flowers, as I am not with a business. As the website reads, "We are not open to the public and you will need a reseller license to be wholesale customer of ours. We look forward to serving you." I got the license and went in. The customer service was worse than nonexistent. I received long, disgruntled stares from each one of the 4 male employees standing around talking. No one spoke to me for several minutes until I approached and asked a question. After I asked for a price list, I received another displeased stare of a handful of seconds before getting a like-mannered response. I was told I needed a sellers license as well as a nursery license to purchase flowers (to my knowledge, this second piece of information is not on their website). I’ll omit details as I could easily write a whole page on the subject of DWF “customer service”. I was sent from one jerk to the next to make sure I understood the information I was receiving. Vague as it was, I found out that DWF is not in business to serve “people off the street”, ‘that’s just not what they do’. To describe the feeling of customer service, I would best put it this way. Imagine you’re in Jerusalem in the Bible days, you murdered someone without a cause and the village is slowly gathering to stone you. I’m being a bit dramatic but seriously, it was ridiculous. Granted, I should have called before going in-person but I prefer going places in-person so calling didn’t really come to mind. Perhaps everyone in there just had the worst day of their lives and they’re just trying to get through work…but I seriously doubt it. I gave them two stars for their large yet mostly overpriced selection of floral supplies. I know there really is nothing to be done about this but I just had to write a review.

The floral cooler at DWF is my happy place! These people are knowledgeable and work hard to meet the needs of our local floral industry. So much goes into running this wholesale operation with constant demands for availability delivery and placing orders along with serving those of us who prefer to shop for our flowers in person.I couldn't run my shop without each and every one of these hard working people. If you have a DIY project and you are not a florist my suggestion is to work through a reputable floral shop. That's why we're here. This is what we do. Trying to navigate a unfamiliar world to try to save money may not turn out to be your Pinterest dream come true.

I have been a customer with DWF for over 20 years and purchase flowers weekly. I enjoy hand picking my product on Mondays, but when that is not possible they do their best meeting my requests. My Rep Bruce works hard to make sure the product I special order for weddings and events is top notch. Granted the floral industry deals with perishable product, and when the unforseen has happened they have always gone above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate having that working relationship with my Rep and the other employees.

Always corfoal, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection on hand, as well as advanced ordering.

Terri Lister

I ordered for a wedding I was doing in Oregon and stopped on my way from Colorado to pick them up. They were nice enough but my flowers were terrible. I told them they were terrible and they said they were good when they left there! Then charged my card 4 times for one order!
