Flowers didn’t look like the picture...not sure if it’s not the season or what but looked like something from your local grocery store that you could easily pick up for $20-$25 not the $100 I paid them. If I had to do it again I would buy them myself. Do yourself a HUGE favor and SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I for sure got hustled lol don’t let it happen to you.

We live in the Lake Conroe - Montgomery TX area. Last week, we ordered a fruit basket on Duncan's website, for our 92 yr old friend who moved from our neighborhood to Idaho several yrs ago. We were hoping all would be good. The day the fruit basket was delivered, MS. Maxine phoned us so elated. She was so impressed with the pink bows and the large varieties of beautiful fruits in the basket. Our friend was extremely pleased and impressed. We are very Happy Customers, Duncan Florist! Thank Ya'll !

My husband had ordered many bouquets from this shop and have all been lovely until this Valentine’s Day. They completely messed up his order and did not listen to the flowers that he wanted in it. So when I contacted them about it they blamed my husband for not speaking up when he picked them up! What man knows the exact names and can match the flower to them! I knew it as soon as he brought them home that they weren’t what he asked for. So I contacted them asking if we could work something out and they told me that is what he ordered. Which he definitely did not! Their customer service is lacking quite a bit! Especially if you pay a good chunk for flowers, you better get what you pay for. Also the flowers died just 3 days after we got them! Florist flowers should last at least a week, hopefully more. So all in all, we will NEVER be going back to Duncan’s! Which sucks, because we really did like them. But how they handled our complaint was extremely unprofessional and not customer oriented. If it is like this with every upset customer I am surprised they are still in business.

My husband has been giving me roses on our anniversary for 45 years. This year my roses from Duncan are still beautiful after 6 days with only 1 of the 45 roses drooping! Beautiful, fresh, long lasting flowers nicely arranged.

I ordered my wedding flowers from Duncan's, and all seemed well until the day of. I had picked a bouquet for myself off of their website, and was told it would be duplicated. Instead, I got a bouquet completely different, not resembling at all the bouquet I paid for. It was so unlike what I ordered that I considered not even carrying a bouquet in my own wedding. Also, the corsages and boutonnieres kept falling apart and breaking before the actual ceremony. I called the office the day of, so they were aware that I was unhappy, and nothing has happened. I haven't gotten any money back at all. I wish I hadn't had to deal with that the morning of my wedding. The flowers were supposed to be worry-free, and instead they caused me a lot of stress that day.
