Thought I was ordering flowers in Rigby. Come to find out it is closed but the flower shop in Rexburg kept their number and did not tell you that the flowers were really in Rexburg not in Rigby. Ask before you order to make sure you know where the flowers are.

As a csr who works for a flower company I'm going to start posting reviews of florists we use to help out the public. This one is the first one this florist did not answer our calls or messages all day (8/5/17). They continually ignored our calls and didn't deliver the arrangement that was supposed to be there at 5 pm. DO. NOT. USE.
