Very disappointed. The arrangement that I had delivered not only looked nothing like the picture of the arrangement I ordered but also did not contain any of the same flowers that I had requested. The arrangement that I had delivered to a friend on her birthday was an arrangement of shrubbery :'(

I ordered flowers online for my brothers funeral. I'm out of town so I could not go into the shop. Prices were great so I placed my order Monday. Decided to call on Wednesday to verify they got the order. Informed by answering service business had a flood. They said the flowers may still be delivered. After multiple times trying to reach them I gave up and ordered from another florist. Was given cell phone number of owner. Tried to call with no answer and voice mail was full so there was no way to leave a message. They never called me back but I got an email 2 hours before the Friday funeral that no flowers are coming. Four days after the order and the day of the funeral before they finally emailed me that the order was cancelled with no explanation. Total disrespectful for someone during such a difficult time. They should not be accepting orders if they aren't open. Found out from another florist they flooded a month ago. Why wouldn't they at least call, send email as soon as order was placed that they can't fulfill, or no longer accept orders until business is open.

Brought my valentines “flowers” home and my husband was shocked. They weren’t even close to looking like the big beautiful arrangement that he ordered for me. It was mostly greens with a couple flowers thrown in. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Very disappointed!

Nice looking flowers but they didn't listen to my instructions, I told them no carnations twice durring the phone call and they sent an entire bundle of them. Not happy.

This place has the nicest people working there! They found my stolen phone outside, put it back together, charged it, contacted my sister (from their phone) and called Verizon to get a hold of me. Apparently, they also sell flowers.

Cannot contact the shop directly anymore it goes to a call center, tried 3 times to make a payment on the account and all the can do is "send a message" to have somebody from the local shop contact me for payment which still has not happened.
