I have used a couple online flower delivering services.. With mixed results, One thing was great, but some other part was not up to what I expected. I tried Country Floral because it was local and convenient. I'm very glad I did! I have used them a couple times since then and have always been happy with the product and service.

I received a beautiful arrangement Monday. All of my flowers but 3 have wilted and died. I was told by Cindy that roses only last 3-5 days. They don’t, I believe I received a bad batch of flowers. She said sorry. Nothing she could do. I wouldn’t recommend these services to Anyone. Very disappointed.

For my mother's funeral I wanted a classy floral arrangement that was more modern then what you usually see at a funeral and they did a fantastic job with the flowers they had to work with. My only complaint was that I only ordered a large arrangement and the rest at the funeral were extra large making it look a little small in comparison to others. I'm also happy with the longevity of the flowers, tey still look bueatiful 5 days later. Thank you, I'll be back.

I used this service for years but lately they have bit of an attitude. There were no business hours listed and I called at 8:30 thinking that would be safe ( I had called the Friday before but apparently it was too early for them to know about a person passing so I called back on Monday - it was in the paper obits). The lady answering the phone was rude and said she just opened the doors and wanted to know what I wanted. Obviously I wanted flowers sent. Anyway I called another florist in the area and the gentleman was cordial and very nice, knew about the service. So. . . . . . . needless to say, customer service is very important when running a business.

I ordered flowers online for my wife. They called to inform me at 11:45 am they would not be able to fulfill my order on the day I requested. I called three flowers shops close to my wife's work. No one was even willing to try and help me. Cindy immediately messaged her delivery driver without me asking. Found out she was 10 away from the shop. Took my order and is going to have my wife's flowers in her hands before she leaves work at 1 pm. Cindy truly went above and beyond with her customer service. I will not be calling anyone else in the future for my floral needs. Thank you so much.

My wife is traveling out of state and stayed at a hotel in Nampa. I placed my order around 3:00 PM and had a special request to have my wife's favorite snack included to be delivered the next day. They went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful (yet inexpensive) flower bouquet as well as stopped at a local store to get my wife's snack. She loved the flowers and the snack was exactly what she needed. As a former sales/customer service representative for a major floral delivery of network of 10+ years I have to say this was the BEST experience I've ever had with floral and gift delivery. Great job Country Floral! You've gained a life long customer and I will make sure to refer anyone who needs flowers delivered with a loving touch.

Country Floral makes breath taking arrangements; potted and fresh cut. Ive never shopped for flowers before so I came in pretty lost. I needed flowers for my sisters memorial that night and they spent the time to find out what I wanted. These pictures are from four days after I purchases the flowers. Even in the summer heat and country winds they've held up. I am genuinly greatful for everything they helped me with and I will absolutly be back.

When I got married 32 years ago she did my beautiful wedding flowers. Other local florest wouldn't even look at me when I walked in. We sat down with coffee and went over all my options and pricing. When my grandson passed away she did the casket arrangement with beautiful baby blue and white roses and a teddy bear. And I have gotten flowers here over the years for many other occassions. Thanks for your wonderful service.

I specifically went to this florist because it wasn't your typical 1-800 flowers place and their gallery had great arrangements. I let them custom design for me and picked key words. Pink, boho, greenery, hydrangeas, peonies, unique were words I used. No where did I say purple, white or daisies..... and that's what my loved one was sent. Ugly daisies that I could have grabbed at Wal-Mart. I also ordered them on Monday morning and was emailed at 330 that they wouldn't make it in time and they would have to be delivered Tuesday morning. Fail Fail Fail. So disappointed after spending $55 at Country Floral.
