Amazing to work with. I was originally working with another florist for my wedding bouquets and boutinneres, but she ended up not being able to do my wedding. Little did I know what a blessing that was. I was originally stressed, not sure of where to even look when it came to the type of flower or style of bouquets, etc. But when I came to Canyon Floral, I simply showed them two pictures of bouquets I liked and they said, "We can do that." Complete opposite feeling than with the other florist. Because of the time and season not all the flowers in the pictures could be included, but it was pretty darn close. And I didn't even care. The bouquets, boutinneres, and cake flowers were gorgeous. A huge hit at the wedding. Everyone commented on them. We had three seperate days of wedding events and they willingly refreshed and looked after the flowers accordingly both times. Again, they were just so amazing to work with.

I’ve never written a review for before because generally I don’t care enough to do so. I normally order flowers from a different florist, but they were closed for vacation. My wife was having a bad day, so I wanted to get her flowers delivered last minute on a Friday afternoon while I was at work. Canyon floral was understanding and quick. They had a beautiful arrangement delivered within 45 minutes of my order. I’m a creature of habit, but their good customer service and beautiful arrangement has converted me to one of their repeat customers for the foreseeable future.

Awesome ... I placed a last minute order for prom flowers and they were willing to get them done in just a few hours. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, job well done. They also did not charge an extra “last-minute-fee” of 20$ like some other places that I called.

I had ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered at her place of employment. When the flowers were delivered they did not add the note I had ask them to attach. She did not know where they were from and didn't mention the surprise until later that day when I spoke with her. It was NOT professional at all for Canyon Floral to "Miss Place" the kind regards note. I called them and ask them why they forgot the note, their response was, Well it should have been there.... NOT IMPRESSED< WILL NOT USE IN THE FUTURE........
