I can in, rushed and a little bit frantic, on the day of my brother's wedding to see if they could put together a bouquet that my sister-in-law could throw. She (my sister-in-law) didn't have any flowers at her wedding, and last minute decided she wanted a bouquet to throw. Rather than run to Albertson's and attempt to put something together on my own, I ran in their shop and asked if they could help. The girls were wonderful! I told them what the wedding colors were and they went to work. The bouquet turned out to be better than I expected, they did it quickly but beautifully, and very reasonably priced. I called and talked with Ashleigh who is so wonderful, helpful and friendly. My family wanted to surprise my Dad for his 70th Birthday by having balloons delivered to his house. We ordered a big 70 and 70 small balloons. We wanted the small balloons in batches of five from each of us. Ashleigh was so willing to do this and even wrote personal messages for each of us. The balloons were so awesome. The colors were exactly what we wanted. During our conversations I was so touched by Ashleighs excitement about surprising our Dad. She was the one to deliver them and texted me when she was about to deliver them. My sisters and I called my Dad and we were on the phone when she delivered them. We got to hear my Dad's comments of surprise. She also took pictures for my family so we could see my Dad and his balloons. Consistently excellent flower design, quality and customer service! In addition to birthday flowers, etc., we have used Bouquet for events, including an anniversary dinner for family members. Most recently, we requested that Bouquet create a large arrangement for a memorial service. Kaitlyn took my call not long before their closing time on Saturday and we had a gorgeous arrangement delivered early the following Monday, across town and well prior to the service. Kaitlyn went well above and beyond in quickly sourcing and designing gorgeous flowers for our loved one’s memorial program. When the arrangement was delivered, I noticed the bottom was wet. I put a saucer under it, luckily because it leaked. I received the arrangement on April 29 and it was wet. I checked every day and despite the fact that the foam was still wet, at least 60% of the flowers died. Today is May 3!! Sadly disappointed. Monday...a week later. Bouquet delivered lovely and hopefully longer lasting bouquet today. What a responsible company. Thank you for righting this for us. You are a role model for great customer relations.

Horrible! They did a horrible bouquet of Christmas flowers for my grandparents. Did not look anything like the arrangement I ordered online!!! They tried to redo the flowers and my grandfather refused delivery because they were worse than the first. So disappointed.

I received a stunning bouquet of flowers from my son in another state. The arrangement is so unique and attractive! The delivery lady could not find my exact office and was kind enough to call me and ask for directions. All who have seen this arrangement have commented on its beauty and uniqueness. Others in the office wanted to know where this wonderful bouquet of flowers came from! My only disappointment was there is no business address on the envelope for me to display so everyone would know who to call for a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Thank you!

The staff is excellent and very accommodating but the quality of the flowers are very poor. I have heard great things about this flower shop so I decided to choose them for my wedding flowers. I ordered baby's breath and sunflowers. The sunflowers were extremely dried out and loosing there pedals. By the time I got home most of them were bare. As soon as I touched the ones that were still full the pedals fell off. I was very disappointed.

TL:DR: If you order here make sure to harass them on how to do their work.

I called and talked with Ashleigh who is so wonderful, helpful and friendly. My family wanted to surprise my Dad for his 70th Birthday by having balloons delivered to his house. We ordered a big 70 and 70 small balloons. We wanted the small balloons in batches of five from each of us. Ashleigh was so willing to do this and even wrote personal messages for each of us. The balloons were so awesome. The colors were exactly what we wanted. During our conversations I was so touched by Ashleighs excitement about surprising our Dad. She was the one to deliver them and texted me when she was about to deliver them. My sisters and I called my Dad and we were on the phone when she delivered them. We got to hear my Dad's comments of surprise. She also took pictures for my family so we could see my Dad and his balloons. I am very impressed with this shop and grateful for Ashleigh and her sweet giving heart. Thank you for making my Dad's 70th Birthday extra special.

Consistently excellent flower design, quality and customer service! In addition to birthday flowers, etc., we have used Bouquet for events, including an anniversary dinner for family members. Most recently, we requested that Bouquet create a large arrangement for a memorial service. Kaitlyn took my call not long before their closing time on Saturday and we had a gorgeous arrangement delivered early the following Monday, across town and well prior to the service. Kaitlyn went well above and beyond in quickly sourcing and designing gorgeous flowers for our loved one’s memorial program. When the arrangement was delivered, I noticed the bottom was wet. I put a saucer under it, luckily because it leaked. I received the arrangement on April 29 and it was wet. I checked every day and despite the fact that the foam was still wet, at least 60% of the flowers died. Today is May 3!! Sadly disappointed. Monday...a week later. Bouquet delivered lovely and hopefully longer lasting bouquet today. What a responsible company. Thank you for righting this for us. You are a role model for great customer relations.
