I tried to call to set up an appointment to get flowers for my wedding and I was turned down immediately. He said he only did big events, and though he never asked what the head count was (he only knew the venue, which can hold weddings of 30 or weddings of 300), he deemed my order to be too small and hurried me off the phone. I've never been treated so rudely by a vendor. If I could leave a 0 or 1/2 star review, I would. I was sure to ask the next florist I called if my order was going to be large enough for them to consider and explained I had been turned down by a previous floral shop (I didn't mention the name). They said they had a pretty good idea who it was I had spoken to, leading me to believe that the owner of this shop has a history of being a rude and unprofessional person.

Ron was very helpful over the phone. I had poor cell phone service and he was very patient with me send flowers right on time and I even called last minute. Wife loved them thank you for fast and honest service.

My husband ordered my valentines flowers ahead of time to ensure delivery and low and behold no flowers. Only 1 driver on Valentine's Day? I'm blessed that he tried to do something so thoughtful but irritated that his thoughtful gift ON OUR FIRST VALENTINES DAY as a married couple was ruined but inadequate preparation on your part. He was so disappointed as that was my gift. Not only did the flowers NOT get delivered we canceled our dinner reservations because he didn't want them left on the porch to get stolen. My husband ordered roses to be delivered to me for my birthday. I am super picky, if the roses start to droop within a couple of days I will call and give feedback to the company. I have not had to do this with the roses I received from this company. I am really impressed with the quality! 5 Days later the roses still look amazing and smell great!

I was greeted by a wonderful lady when I walked in. This was my first time at a florist and I wanted to do something wonderful for my mother. Despite having restrictive circumstances, the florist was able to work with me. When I gave the flowers to my mother, she and the rest of my family agreed that they were the nicest flowers she's ever received. Thank you so much for working with me on a tight schedule!

I've been coming here since 1999 with great service, otherwise they'd get 1 star. Today they waited 90 minutes after I placed my order, nearly closing time, to let me know they wouldn't be able to make the delivery. Luckily, I found another flower shop (the best rated one) to pick up their slack.

Just had my wedding consult at Laura's lovely new downtown location! So pumped for these amazing ladies to have my back on my big day in September! Fun, friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable...and the shop is a pinterest board dream! Bruno the shop dog is reason enough to keep me coming back, but the beautiful and affordable arrangements are the real draw. Love BHOF!

Excellent! I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday from Colorado to Idaho (1st time) and I have to say she loved her flowers. The Lilly's were gorgeous and the roses were vibrantly red. They even called to make sure she was home for her delivery. I'm very happy with this company and will now use them more frequently.

Just called and wanted to speak with the owner or manager about some flowers and was told that "It's Mother's Day week there is no time to be talking and hung up on me." I don't normally leave reviews in fact this is my first one but it needed to be said.

The communication was horrible my flowers were never delivered on time and I placed the order over two weeks in advance. I’ve used them for several years and order flowers an average of every six weeks to the same delivery destination but they cannot handle the volume on Valentine’s Day. They do not answer their phones or emails or voicemails when inquiring as to the status of an order at 5 o’clock in the afternoon. I will be going with somebody else moving forward. If you are unable to handle the volume, then cap the volume... it is pretty simple. Update. I received a call today apologizing and offering to deliver the flowers today. I truly appreciated the call! I give up... still no flowers and $75 dollars later I learned my lesson. ‘We will see when we could get these to you’... going on day 4 and still no further contact or flowers. Keep my money and good luck!

Laura and the team at Boise House of Flowers were absolutely incredible! I had them make my bridal bouquets and altar flowers for my wedding in June and they were beautiful, perfect, and the flowers were so fresh that they bouquets lasted for about two weeks!! I am not very creative and did not have much of a vision in mind but Laura took the time to sit down with me and go through some pictures that I had and figured out what we could do and then she found a protea for my bouquet even though it was out of season! I truly can't thank her enough for that as it was so important to me to tie in my husband's South African roots. She also let me know when the flowers had come in prior to the wedding so I could look at them. The entire experience was wonderful and I have found my new flower shop! Customer service was superb, price was certainly reasonable, and the team was professional and very creative!

I ordered online at midnight on a Sunday night. The flowers were delivered early Monday. The arrangement looked better than the picture and the price was very reasonable. Awesome job!

Talked to owner right before closing on a Tuesday and told him what I wanted. I told him I would be there the next day between 11:00 11:30 to pick up my order. When I got there the arrangement he made was exactly what I wanted and ready to go.. He was very nice and the price was just fine. I will not go anywhere else for this service from now on.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for a sick friend, but the arrangement that was delivered didn't look like the picture on the website, so I contacted them with my concern. The owner Laura went the extra mile to make things right for me, even recreating the arrangement and sending me a picture before re-delivering it. The recreated arrangement was incredibly beautiful. How a business handles situations like these says a lot about them, and I left impressed and satisfied.

Never buying from them again! I ordered my sister flowers for Valentines day to be delivered to her WORK paid for the order over the phone. The money came out of my account immediately but the flowers were never delivered until she got a call at 6:30pm asking where she lived for the flowers to be delivered she doesn't even live close by. All the lady told her was she wouldn't be getting her Valentines until tomorrow. The next day at 11:30am I call them and talk to the manager she said they were just getting sent out for the day! This was a horrible experience. Never again!

Laura, the owner and head designer, is a magician with flowers, she is so talented and kind! Their flowers are absolutely gorgeous and the bouquet and arrangement was skilfully made and lasted for weeks! Definitely by far the best flower shop in the Boise area, maybe the best in all of Idaho. Great experience, all around!

Had a decent experience in store. Woman helped me pick my own bouquet for VDay like I had done the year before except this time the bouquet was twice what I paid last year. She must’ve recommended some of the more expensive flowers and I didn’t ask so shame on me. However, the flowers started dying the very next day. With my disappointed fiancé’s advice I’m not going back again.

I ordered flowers over a month in advance so they could be delivered on Valentines Day. They never came. I called to get a refund, they said sure we'll issue it right away. 2 weeks go by and nothing. I try to contact them again and they won't reply to my emails or calls. It's been a month now of trying to contact them and I still don't have my money back and my girlfriend never got her flowers. Seems like this happened for a lot of others on Valentines this year as well.

I've used Boise House of Flowers twice when ordering flowers online to be delivered to my daughter's place of work.
