I ordered loose flowers for my wedding and they turned out wonderfully! I specifically wanted to use local flowers and they worked with me to order from local farms. I also had no idea how much to order, but they were able to put together a perfect sized order based on how many vases and bouquets I needed to fill. They also went to extra trouble and came in on Memorial Day on their day off so that the flowers would be as fresh as possible. Their personal service and willingness to go above and beyond were very appreciated!! Also, based on my shopping around their prices for loose bunches of flowers were quite competitive with other local flower sellers

I walked into Blooms a week before my wedding (the “other guys” decided at the last minute that they didn’t have time to do the flowers for my wedding) and they immediately booked a consultation. A brief conversation and a few Pinterest photos later, Miriam had a plan. The wedding was out of town, so a friend picked the flowers up the day before the wedding – they were packed and ready for transport. When I saw them, I almost wept. They were perfect! Exactly what I wanted! I had so many compliments on the bouquets and boutonnieres from our guests. Our moms loved their corsages. I hate doing things at the last minute, but they were forgiving and amazing! They took all my stress away.

After an embarrassing situation of an FTD delivery not being made even five days later to a friend in the hospital, I found this delightful florist. They were beyond kind about the situation and promised to have a delivery today and it is mid-afternoon. The suggestions were great, prices were super compared to FTD ($5 for delivery by Blooms and FTD was $21.99), they confirmed by email and sent me a photo of the finished arrangement. GREAT customer service and an exquisite arrangement. This was a long distance order.

Very rude staff. I feel like an outsider every time I come inside. The owner is probably the worst. She treats me like street trash. I just want to come in and buy some flowers, and she never greats me, but greats her other guest. The owner blatantly treats me like I do not belong, and she has no idea who I am. I continually want to come in because they have great product, but it is hard when I feel so poorly treated. I plan to call the owner very soon.

If zero stars were an option I would pick that. I called to have flowers delivered 5 blocks to my house, the owner refused to wait until 4:30 to do the delivery (even though they are open until 6). I was very polite and she just cut me off and said, "we'll just cancel the order". Seems like bad business practice to not want to make a quick easy $100. I like to support local business, but this lady was just plain rude and mean. I'll take my business to Albertson's where I know they will be polite. Thank goodness for big corporations, this lady gives small local businesses a bad name. Should have listened to the other bad reviews.

We used Blooms for our wedding and they did an excellent job. We showed them some pictures we liked and bought some vases/containers we would like to see them in and let Blooms do the rest. They packed everything up and delivered it to our wedding venue on time and everything was perfect. The table arrangements and bouquets were beautiful and the price was fair. I was very impressed with the personalization and attention to detail the folks at Blooms put into our order. Great work and highly recommended!

This is my favorite flower shop in Boise! Sometimes they are a little pricey, but most of the time I'd say I got what I paid for, or even more. Their arrangements are gorgeous and their staff super friendly. If you have a chance it's a must stop just to see how cute it is and the other things they have to offer.

I just got back from this place today, I've been here a few times for a bouquet here and there. I can't tell you enough how amazing they are. I absolutely love the arrangements they put together, just beautiful and stunning. They're relatively inexpensive and definitely know what they're doing. The one thing that I suggest is that you put a tip area on the receipt so that I can put a big fat one on there. Really great job with this shop, honestly amazing. Thank you :).

Julie and her staff , especially Evie (spelling ?) Are awesome! To be honest, I wasn't super pleased with my Valentine's arrangement that I had ordered. Evie could see that I was disappointed, and immediately set about making it right. She recreated the entire arrangement, making a beautiful arrangement that my wife loved. It really was was amazing and beautiful by the time she was done. I have purchased flowers numerous times from Blooms and am always been very happy with their arrangements. They obviously care about their product and their customers. This was an anomaly that I wasn't super pleased with the original arrangement. They immediately made it right. I live in a different city and have no issue driving to Boise because their arrangements are so much better than anyone in the area. I will definitely continue keeping my business with Blooms. It's a great business with great ethics. I am a huge fan.

I simply told the ladies at Blooms that I wanted a bouquet that would "wow" my wife for our anniversary and they did not disappoint. Flowers that I have never seen before adorned the vase in such an artistic manner. Kudos to this shop for making me look like a hero! Highly recommend !!

I like to support local businesses so when my friend asked me to do her wedding flowers I chose to order them from Bloom. I went to them several weeks before the wedding and asked them to order 120 tulips for me. They said it would be no problem. A week later I added another 30 tulips to the order. I called them 1 week before the wedding to verify that there were no problems with the order and they said everything was good. Imagine my shock and dismay when I went to pick up the wedding flowers on the morning of the wedding when they told me that they did not have the flowers. They gave several lame excuses. They said they tried to call me once on Wednesday. Calling the Wednesday before a wedding is unacceptable but I have no record of the call. I would NEVER use this flower shop of dishonest people. They didn’t even apologize for not ordering flowers for a wedding! 100% completely unacceptable and rude.

I ordered an arrangement from Blooms today and was really impressed. I had previously called another popular florist in Boise and wasn't thrilled with their attitude and lack of interest in making an arrangement for me so I called Blooms and they didn't disappoint. They went out of their way to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted and accommodated my request to not have an arrangement with "fall colors", which I am sure was not easy this time of year. The flowers were beautiful and they had them ready for me on short notice too. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for the great customer service and beautiful flowers!

Very good job. They were pleasant to work with. They were patient with my (many) requests. My entire ordering experience was successfully completed over long-distance phone communication. Flowers arrangement was excellent, and was delivered on the date and approximate time we agreed upon. I would absolutely use them again. Love the personalized card. Nice touch. :-)

Out of all the florists I have tried in Boise, Blooms by far went above and beyond. The recipient of the bouquet GUSHED about her flowers, and so did all of her co workers. I definitely feel like i got my money's worth.
