I called 4 other florist but they could not do delivery on that same day. I was hoping it will get deliver before my dad gets home from the hospital. I left a message, I did not expect that they called back. He was so professional and honest explaining what they have available. Before talking to him I checked the sample bouquets online so I know what to expect, when I saw the flowers I am so pleased. Waipahu florist exceeded my expectation. It’s so full and the flowers were so fresh. It looked more beautiful in person than in the picture.

Attempted to call customer service about a mother's day order that I placed a couple days ago. I called both numbers numerous times without any answer. The flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday and it never got delivered. The company did not notify me that they could not fulfill my order and deliver it on the arranged date. I will be disputing my credit card charge.

Got flowers delivered as a surprise which was great. But prior to that got 3 calls from this florist all asking the same questions. Communication is awful. Questioning my address "are you sure" ummm .. yes I should know where I live.. after the third call I almost wanted to say never mind already you have ruined the whole feeling I should have felt with receiving flowers.

Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. I'm out of state and selected a beautiful arrangement... I know that they have a substitution policy, but dude, It seems that they substituted big and cheap flowers for the ones they were missing.. I could have sent money to a friend and had them pick up flowers from Walmart and it would've been the same quality... I would've saved about $40 had I done it that way. Overall... my mom loves them and is happy with her flowers.. it is a nice areangement... but doesn't look very similar to what I ordered. It seems to me that they seriously cut corners.

Waipahu Florist always have great deals and lovely flower arrangements for any occasion. They have always left a courtesy text message when an order has been delivered even it is a day or two early than the expected delivery date due to busy occasions like Valentine's Day. I am always satisfied with their flower arrangements, prompt delivery, and customer services. Been a very satisfied customer with them for about 2 or 3 years now. Highly recommend their local business especially in the Waipahu area. :)

Im currently deployed in the middle east and wanted to send my GF flowers for her birthday, at first I ordered from another reputable shop first but for some reason, after the transaction was made, they called me a day before the delivery and said it could'nt be done and refunded my money, Waipahu Florist came through and promised me to deliver the flowers, even on sunday when they are supposed to be closed! A gentleman named Andy was incredibly helpful and took care of everything. The bouquet was delivered on time and my GF loved it, thanks guys!!

I ordered balloons for my sons birthday today. The website showed a generic bouquet in primary colors. What he got was flowers, butterflies and lots of pink so I called back and they said my card would be credited and apologized for the mistake...thinking he keeps the balloons they sent already. But no, he got to his office, saw the balloons for 2 minutes and someone from Waipahu florist came and took them back! what kind of crap is that?? I wanted him to have balloons on his birthday....the whole order was a disaster from start to finish! very unhappy. Also when I called the number listed for them I kept getting a "chat line"....I can't even contact them to complain or at least get some assistance.
