I get leis from Hawaiian Lei Company every year. They are always fresh, well packaged for delivery to Missouri, arrive in a timely manner, include some local hawaiian newspaper so I can catch up on what's happening out in the Pac. Ocean, and the order is always accurate. I would definitely recommend the Hawaiian Lei Company for any lei purchase. The buyer does need to be aware that there are frequent discounts on their products, so, need to do some scouting to get their best deals.

I am so thrilled with my experience with The Hawaiian Lei Company! I was in need of same or next day service for a dear friend’s birthday who happens to live right down the street from the florist. I spoke with two staff members who were both extremely friendly, helpful, and who fully immersed themselves in what I was trying to accomplish. They patiently made several calls to me to ensure that every detail was correct and doable. I ordered Tutu Delight. Not only was the arrangement even more beautiful and abundant than pictures online, it was delivered promptly and with enthusiasm. My friend was overwhelmed upon receiving this arrangement. She could not stop gushing over it’s size, beauty, and types of flowers. I would definitely do business with The Hawaiian Lei company again!

Wrong color orchids and indifferent customer service. I ordered 3 double lavender orchid leis for graduation and had them shipped to Oregon. The leis that came are beautiful but they’re not lavender. They’re not a darker purple either like the woman on the phone tried to tell me. They’re bright orchid pink. If you don’t have lavendar orchids at certain times of the year (as she claimed) maybe you should not say you have lavendar orchids to sell at that time of the year. She blew me off with “At least the leis are pretty, maybe you can enjoy them anyway.” Aloha to you too. Also, I spent almost $170 on 3 leis and they couldn’t even throw in 3 of the long plastic bags I’m supposed use to store them in the fridge? I got 2 bags for 3 leis and the bags are a little too short as it is, that’s not super helpful. And maybe a small card with storage instructions so I don’t have to look them up online? I think you could throw that in for $170. UPDATE: Although I stand by the original review, the owner of the Hawaiian Lei Company has contacted me and made an effort to rectify the situation. Also, even though the leis were the wrong color, after seeing how much better made the leis were than the others I saw at graduation, I am more inclined to reorder from this company.

I ordered one of the graduation lei packages for my daughter's college graduation ceremony in Philadelphia. The ordering process was simple and efficient. About two weeks after I placed the order, I had to change the delivery address due to the unexpected cancellation of the Airbnb where we were planning to stay for the graduation festivities. I had no problem changing the delivery address and even received a phone call to confirm the changes. The flowers were delivered right on schedule and the packaging was phenomenal. The flowers were fresh and perfect despite the long distance they had traveled. Thank you for making our daughter's big day a little more special!!

Received 3 beautiful leis today. The packaging is phenomonal and even in the heat the ice packs were still very cold. Opening up the box and having the orchid smell permeate the room was wonderful. I highly recommend this company. Their service was top notch.

Ordered 3 leis for my son’s graduation, one of which was a DOUBLE Maile-style ti leaf lei w/ twist of tuberose. What I received was NOT a double and lacked the fullness shown on their website. I checked the packing slip and the word “double” was highlighted in yellow marker along with red check marks to show the order was reviewed and verified. Contacted customer service and was promised some type of “credit” and a discount off the order. Kindly asked if it was possible to have a replacement shipped, but unfortunately, it was past the cutoff time. Spent $220 on 3 leis for the fullness effect and am left disappointed. $60 for shipping and handling - what a joke! Edited to add (May 19): the credit issued was only $18 for a $95 lei. What about the 15% discount on the order? I was sent a lei I didn’t even want by mistake and still ended up paying for it. NEVER AGAIN! I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow to see what my options are in disputing the partial amount charged. Changed my initial 2-star rating. May 20: Called HLC again to try to work something out before escalating the issue. Spoke to Summer in production and she was so sweet and understanding. I voiced my concerns and her level of professionalism was excellent. Never once was she condescending or said a smart remark, which I really appreciated. Requested the full credit of the mistaken lei sent and she seemed optimistic. Hopefully, it goes through. Will update rating based on outcome.

To Whom It May Concern, I very rarely give poor reviews - if any - but this experience warrants a comment/review. I searched and searched for the perfect and most beautiful lei for my daughter for her six grade graduation – which it was! I read the instructions closely being of type A+ personality and read the order instructions which instructed that if the ceremony was early in the morning - that a two day delivery would be sufficient. Upon placing the order the day before I received a morning phone call from a woman named ”Hii” from Honolulu. The conversation was extremely caustic & EVERYTIME I tried to explain to her what the site said re the two day early morning delivery she huffed at me and talked over me and would not listen. I not wanting my daughters graduation to be ruined graciously apologize and excepted the offer to overnight delivery for of course an extra fee. Upon doing so I also inquired her name. My daughter was very happy with the lei but I am very and will NEVER ever use this company again due to the rudeness of this woman! The Company should be informed of her rudeness and her EXTREME impoliteness/work ethic! She should not be a representative or exemplify the quality of this company! Regretfully, Kimberly Burnett

This is a fabulous company. In April we ordered a couple lei's for my daughter's graduation this May in upstate New York. A week before graduation the school offered leis on site. Because of the concern for shipping and freshness, we opted to cancel with Hawaiian Lei and ordered from the school. Hawaiian Lei graciously cancelled our order and did not charge us. A few days later, I received a call from them advising that they accidentally shipped the leis but they would not be charging me. I offered to pay, but they refused. The leis arrived in time and they were beautiful. Simply gorgeous and far superior to the locally sourced leis (which were also very nice). I felt guilty so I called Hawaiian Lei again to pay them but the company again refused. I begged to let me pay, but they would not take my money. They are the epitome of a family business with personal attention. The leis were gorgeous and very fresh, even after the trip to NY. I will be ordering from them any time I would like to have some fresh authentic leis on the mainland!

Hawaiian Lei Company has the best customer service, great lei's and arrangements and goes the extra mile! I have been dealing with them for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The flowers always come on time, fresh and beautiful. The customer service and attention to detail is just amazing. The arrangements in addition to the leis are over the top!
