This shop has really grown over the last year. The quality of service and arrangements has gone way up and the employees seem happy and cheerful. The shop is a bit bare from time to time but only seems to be just before their shipment gets in or right after a holiday. I’ve been pleased with what I’ve seen in terms of growth at the shop. I hope it keeps up the trend.

Dont waist your time and money. Didnt deliver and phone number said it wasnt a working one. Completely disappointing for me and my wife. She sat empty handed on what should have been a special day

Does not open on time! Very frustrating. If you have set hours you should be open for them. Not very professional to leave customers waiting outside your establishment for 20 minutes past your scheduled open time and end up leaving because you still were not open 20 minutes later.

Today is Thursday, 7/25/19, and I just went to the flower shop around 1:45PM. I went on my lunch to purchase a single helium balloon for my husband (which is $8.99 btw). The woman in there was SO nasty I nearly walked out without a balloon. She didn't even say sorry for being so rude. This is not the first time I've been here, but from now on I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ugliest rose set I got & they didn’t even give me my money back ! paid $60 for a horrible job looked like a 5 year old picked it and make made it ! Please don’t waist your money go somewhere else you’re better off getting some at Walmart or picking them out from your garden ! It’s that bad !

They did not even deliver the flowers I ordered for my wife. I didnt recieve any call to notify me that they forgot to deliver. I had to call them and no answer though. I finally went in to the store to find out what happened all I got was a yea they were not delivered and asked if I still wanted them the day after Valentine's day, needless to say I got a refund. This is the second bad experience.

Their arrangements are beautiful!! Especially the Christmas ones. They’re the perfect gift! My man ordered what seemed like a simple bouquet, and it came with color dipped roses, glitter, extra ribbon, and the flowers were so aromatic! Someone really loves their job and they made sure that was put into the flowers I received! Love it! So thoughtful. Thank you!

New manager Lisa is fantastic! She really cares about her customers and is so knowledgeable about tropical flowers. She really went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was exactly as we planned and under budget from what we were quoted every place else. I will definitely go back there!
