Placed an order for Valentines Day and I was assured that the order would be delivered before noon. The recipient got off of work at 2:30pm and did not receive the order. When I called to see the status all they said was ‘sorry someone called out sick, I’m working on it now.’ I was nonchalantly offered a refund or a $27 dollar discount on an arrangement that I paid $144.87 for. This is one of the events/gifts that you can’t do over or be late on. Unacceptable customer service.
Customer Service
This person in this gift shop is very unreasonable. She seems to be very greedy as well. placed a order with flowers, chocolates and a balloons. When she went to deliver the patient had been discharged . I guess she wants me to still pay her for a order that was not delivered. she already charged me for labor and a delivery fee when she is at the same address total 92.12. Not a good business practice.
