Mahalo nui loa to Marina Florist for making such a beautiful haku and maile lei for my husband and I's vow renewal! They offered great customer service as I made a few changes to not only the style but also quantity of my order. The flowers and colors used in my haku lei were perfectly placed, plentiful and exactly as discussed. My husbands maile lei was fresh and the perfect length. The prices are great for the wonderful flowers we received. I highly recommend this florist.

I ordered a Radiant Reflections deluxe arrangement with a pink vase. What I received looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. The flowers were pretty but in no way was it a deluxe arrangement and it was in a clear, cheap looking vase. I understand that sometimes flowers need to be replaced but if you do not have any part of an arrangement that was ordered than you should either not accept the order or give the purchaser a different choice. Not choose something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT on your owners. I ordered this specific arrangement for a teenage girls memorial service and I'm so disappointed that something I put so much time into choosing as a goodbye was treated by Marina Florist with so little regard. They also refused to replace it even though they admitted that they did not have the vase or flowers that had been ordered.

The arrangement was beautiful and more than I had expected. They followed my orders to the tee and then some. If you want an arrangement that pops and goes above and beyond, you will use this florist.
