Vey disappointed in my corsage order. For prom I ordered two corsages and said specifically for them to be different and they were exactly the same. And the roses were very tiny, I expected one or two big normal white roses. Don't plan on ordering there again:(

They send flowers. Nobody ever sends me flowers. Plus, they have little cards you can write on so the person you sent flowers to will know who sent them.

WOW, They sent two Leis, female and male to MN for my brothers Wedding. Working with them was a breeze, they knew exactly what my aunt wanted and helped her all the way. When I called to check on the progress of the order they were so friendly and kind and were able to provide my tracking number right away. Then when the Leis arrived they had full instructions on how to care for them up until the day of the Wedding. I would recommend anyone who wanted something special from Hawaii sent to the mainland to use Kui & I as they go all the way to make your experience perfect.

We stopped by to get a plant for an elderly family member and the ladies in there were super nice. After we picked out the plant, they decorated it for us with a big bowl and little butterfly because it was a gift.

Ordered a red rose french bouquet for the engagement with my girl friend. The design and quality of the bouquet was beyond excellence! We even had more than a dozen of flowers of what we ordered. My girl friend was very happy and we got engaged! Thank you for your service!

I called to place an order around 6pm and was genuinely surprised to have someone answer the phone, she was extremely knowledgeable about the florals that she had in stock and as I was undecided on what to have made, she assisted me with numerous suggestions. I wasn't even sure of the delivery address, however she knew her town so well that she even had the answer for that. I felt as though I was the most important customer she ever had. To top it all off, upon delivery I was sent a photo by the recipient with gratitude and excitement for this arrangement! My goodness, truthfully it was the most beautiful one I have ever seen! Lovely! is the only word that comes to mind. The recipient of the flowers (and an Ilima lei wrapped with a strand of pikake) informed me that it was the owner who took my order and it was one of her personal designs! Mahalo Nui Loa! I live on Oahu and can only envy all you Hilo people who are able to receive such beautiful flowers! from a terrific designer! Aloha is thriving well at Kui & I Florist!!

Ordered the flowers over the phone from Califorina and let me say i couldnt be happier. Had them delivered to my girlfriend and she loved them!! We had some issues with them recieving payment (which was my fault) but was resolved. They called me ensuring my order was correct and had them delivered on time.
