Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Was told via email that they would be delivered same day. Called the company, tried emailing. Of course there is not a contact email. Left multiple messages. Even the hotel I am staying at left messages. Have yet to hear from anyone at kona flower shoppe and still haven't received what I ordered. Excellent way to run a business. Everyone I know will hear about this. I definitely do not recommend this shop.

If I wanted to send my mother flowers in a plastic cup, I would have done it myself!!! Not only that, I saw more green leaves than anything else. I ordered from your business several times in the last couple years and these past two times weren’t anything impressive for your price. Kapulu... sloppy. And yes, they don’t answer nor do they return calls. Never again.

Customer Service made my day. I was having trouble with another flower shop getting a king protea for my sister’s bridal bouquet so I gave Kona Flower Shoppe a call (day before the wedding) and found out they would deliver it to my house! Saved me so much time during such a busy day. They had a great price value for the protea in comparison with the other store. I should also note they went above and beyond to deliver it to me as my house isn’t typically in their delivery scope. Good phone communication with them as well. I would buy again!

I ordered a Valentine's arrangement over a month ago to be delivered yesterday on 2/13/2015 and it never showed up. I am so disappointed that even with a month to handle a simple task that their whole business is based around that it wasn't done, a phone call or email to say we can't do it would have been helpful, at least then I could have made other arrangements instead of being totally screwed at the last minute.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for our one and only daughter Aurora Delaries to be delivered at Child and family services at her place of employ. The joy and overwhelm she conveyed and the pictures she posted were amazing. I have ohana in Hilo, Maui, O'ahu and Molokai and would not trust my gifts of floral and fauna from any other florist but this amazing family run operation. When next I make it to Kona, I am going to stop in there in person and let them know, they are the most magnificent, caring, and loving florist shop that I will always trust to deliver that which I order in a timely fashion, and of the most beautiful and fresh arrangements ever. My eldest is director of O'ahu's Papahana Kuaola botanical gardens and saw the picture, she said they are the best. So both my husband Hoku and I, Leikula thank you Kona Flower Shoppe for caring enough about us to take care of our island Ohana with the fragrance and beauty of your expertise. Absolutely wonderful customer service! I live in Seattle and was arranging to have flowers delivered to my mother in Kona for her birthday. They managed to create a beautiful bouquet of her favorite roses and delivered them the same day. On top of that, I gave incorrect info on my credit card and they sent the flowers anyways, trusting that I would call back. (I did) So my Mom got her flowers on time despite my mixup. Thanks, Kona Flower Shoppe!

Order an arrangement for mothers day and it never got delivered. Have called them numerous times and left multiple messages and no one has ever picked up or returned my calls. Really wish I would of read these reviews first, would of been more fun to burn the $80

My beautiful Auntie was turning 95 years young and something special was in order!! I found Kona Flower Shoppe on-line, ordered an arrangement on "trust" and they did not let me down. The flower arrangement was amazing. I would highly recommend this florist!

Placed the order on line from Tacoma Washington to my wife who was visiting family in Kona. The arrangement looked exactly as pictured on the website, and was delivered on time. Couldn't ask for anything more
