I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day from Napili Florist because I work the entire day and was unable to pick up flowers and they never came. They even charged my card and didn't deliver the flowers.... Called them today and they stated they didn't have my information/order {which is a lie because they charged my card} and asked if I still wanted the flowers with no apology. Horrible customer service!!!! Why would we want the flowers after you forgot them AND Mothers Day is over! I will never recommend them to anyone and my wife is a wedding planner on the island and I will make sure she won't recommend you guys.

This place is cool. Every time i order an arrangement from them it's beautiful, they are prompt with the delivery, and very easy to work with. Today i had a large tropical arrangement delivered for my wife's birthday. They open at 10am, and i asked them to come as early as possible so my wife and i could go out and enjoy the day. They showed up at our place at 9am!!! They came into work early just to deliver our flowers!!! I have always been happy with their service and quality of flowers, but now i am extraordinarily happy. I will be back when i want to purchase flowers, i am now a loyal customer. Mahalo
