I wanted to send my mother in law some flowers for her bday. I got online and put in my order only to realize that I had put the wrong date. I just gave them a call and they were able to change it. Wow the flower arrangement was beautiful, so beautiful I even want one for myself now. Excellent service and good quality flowers.

The flowers arrived on time and were more beautiful than the website images. The delivery driver even said Happy Birthday to my mum which she loved!! The flowers were unbelievably beautiful, the ordering process was easy, and they were delivered on time, but it was a nightmare trying to get ahold of Flowers Forever. For literally two solid days, the phone was off the hook/busy when I needed to provide additional delivery instructions. The phone did ring after hours so I left a message, but no one called me back. Busy signal the next day too. Happy with the end result but it was a stressful situation.

I was having my ceremony on Sunday (when they are closed) but they worked it out with my hotel and delivered my bouquet on Saturday afternoon, they even helped me pick flowers that would hold up well until my ceremony. They went above and beyond and I was able to keep the bouquet the whole week we were in Kauai because they lasted so well (worth the price and then some!). I scoped out a few florists in the area and Flowers Forever are the best in customer service, detail, and quality!
