I showed up here to get my mom a bday gift and the door was locked during business hours. There were two staff members behind the desk so I knocked and they both blankly stared at me and then continued amongst their conversation. Umm, what? Standing there confused as to whether or not they were going to mouth a message to me or open the door was awkward. About 45 seconds of standing at the door waiting for some sort of response they come and partially open the door and tell me to come back in 45 minutes . I Said I really can’t and just need something quick And again no response and closed the door!!!? (I’m so dumbfounded, no explanation or apology) ...I went to my car and called the place to see what the issue was and they didn’t even answer the phone. WAKE UP !!! you need some skills in better customer service ! I’ll never come back.

They were so friendly and sweet I am stationed in Virginia and at first had it delivered but my mom wanted to pick up, I called they changed it for me with no problem gave me a return. Order was done on time. My mom was so happy she loves edible arrangements. Thank you for your help and making my mom's birthday amazing. You will be getting another order from me in June. I have ordered edible arrangements many times and every time I do, family or friends tell me how delicious and fresh the fruit was. I usually order the box of chocolate covered strawberries or mixed box with chocolate covered apples, strawberries and bananas. Without fail I always hear great things back from the recipient and much they loved their arrangement!

Have consistently used this retailer as only 1 of 2 EA locations in Hawaii. Every order has been of high quality and delivered as promised wout any inflation cost reflecting Hawaii's higher price points. I cannot say the same for the other EA location in Manoa as their customer service is poor and they do not participate in online promotions much to customer's chagrin.

It's expensive for very little. The staff was pretty flustered and nothing was set up logically or well. Order from the website with a special or a coupon and have it delivered. It's really disheartening to watch 3 people struggle to understand their own menu and trip over each other because the register is in the door to the back and then be charged over $100 for 2 items. Overall a quaint idea with poor execution sadly.

I had to send my mom a Christmas present from Hawaii, so I went with Edible Arrangements. As pricey as they are, they sure make up for it in customer service. Upon checking out, there is no rush fee or last minute fee. I have never seen that before. And I was nervous about the delivery getting there on time, but they actually emailed me an update upon delivery. 10/10

Great customer service, parking is good (if you know where to park) they do validate. location is in the heart of downtown honolulu. Not a big space so you may pass it if your not paying attention.

The only thing wrong with this place is the location which is downtown. If you are not familiar with the area then you will be frustrated. The parking garage is under the building and on this day I didn't have to pay because the parking attendant wasn't there when I pulled in and the ticket machine was not working.

I ordered an arrangement for a co-worker who was getting married but accidentally gave them the wrong date, I scheduled delivery for a day too late. When I realized my mistake I called them to see if they could make delivery that day, unfortunately the driver was full but they were able to get the arrangement ready in just an hour and allowed me to pick it up since I wasn't very far. The fruit was amazing and incredibly fresh! Everything perfect and not at all rushed. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I received some edible arrangements from this store and found the fruits could not be eaten on day 1. The fruits began to taste bad and neither me or my several guests were able to eat it. I put it in the fridge and in less than 48 hours the fruits were completely rotten. Keep in mind it was refrigerated right after we offered it to everyone and it was quite bad so we put it in the refrigerator. I have received several edible arrangements form other locations and have never had the fruits go bad in less than 2 days. everyone could tell that the fruits that were used were already very bad and of low quality. This is a huge mistake for edible arrangements and I will be sending them back from the second I receive them. I will also make sure that anyone who sends these to me never does so again.

I’m a regular customer that have made numerous purchases over the years and have been satisfied with the arrangements and services. I normally request for delivery to my Hubby at his worksite and he loves fruits. He always receives compliments from his co-workers on all the different arrangements and containers it comes in. The fruits are always fresh and firm. Pro’s: Shopping on line is convenient and there’s a variety of arrangements made for different occasions with store pickup or delivery. My employer also has a corporate contract for employee discounts. You may want to check with your employer. Con’s: It’s pretty pricey. And recently, a service fee charge has been tacked on that increases your bill. As for the fruits, the orange is the only fruit that is rarely used in most of the arrangements and maybe should be in more.
