Excellent customer service and beautiful arrangement. I placed my order over the phone with Alex at 10:30 am and my order was out for deliver by 12:30 pm. Was nervous because I live out of state. So she sent me pictures of the completed arrangement.

They forgot to deliver my flowers and my husband had to call around 4:30 that day to ask where they were. They came about an hour later and looked like they were quickly thrown together. I received mini roses instead of full size roses and the roses were turning black less than 24 hours later. Do not use this florist. Very underwhelming and unprofessional. Flowers from the grocery store look better and cost much less.

Horrible the white roses were already turning brown at the ends when I went in to ask her to change it she just threw it in the floor like a child told me it looked fine .... well not to my standards left with the one they replaced and the other one still brown event was today so no time to change it very disappointed they need to understand ppl come to you for a very important event please act like u care because we cared enough to trust u with our vision

I have used them for my floral needs locally or out of state for 14 years. From Mothers day corsages to potted plants and funeral wreaths. I have no complaints.
