If you get flowers delivered from them, be sure and count them. Twice in 3 years I have been short a rose from my dz roses that my husband sent me for Valentine's. The first time I thought was a mistake but now I'm starting to think it's intentional. They do beautiful work but I'm disappointed in the service.
