I won't do business here. Although the arrangements are beautiful and there is a clear talent thanks to Greg Hendrix and his staff, they are over priced and the little troll of an owner Greg Cottrell is just plain rude, greedy and unprofessional. It's a shame because the real talent is Greg Hendrix. He does all the work. Greg H. should dump the lazy, greedy, and unprofessional Greg C. and grow the business. He is clearly being used for his talent.

Did not send what I ordered and paid for. I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers online for my mom. They bouquet she received looking nothing like what I ordered and on top of that there was not a single sunflower. I picked the bouquet for a very specific reason and it was important to me. The fact that she received something completely different is extremely disappointing. The money I spent was not worth it in the end. They could at least try and contact me and inform me of any issues with what I ordered, but no one every attempted to let me know.

My senior class makes flower crowns for all the girls at prom, and we have ordered the flowers from Mountain Oak the past few years. I was in charge of setting up the order this year, and the staff is so friendly and patient! I was surprised at how easily they accommodated a fairly last-minute request, and how affordable our options were!
