Highly recommend! Used this local shop to send flowers to my team member for a family members recent passing. The gentleman who spoke to me on the phone was very professional and helpful. Even though we were having phone issues, he was patient, accurate and quick. Flowers arrived quickly for having ordered same day and put a big smile on the recipients face.

I went through an online company to purchase flowers for my girlfriend, I had the most unpleasant experience with morrow florist. I had scheduled for same day delivery and yea that never happened. I was informed by the online company, that they didn't have the time to do it becuase they were backed up. This also went on for two days and delivered on the third around two or three to her job. The delivery guy was unprofessionally dressed with no look or affiliation with any company of any kind. The flowers were also withered and looked dehydrated, as if they were made the day prior without the correct storage or left in a hot van for hours. After all that I went through with this florist and online company I am beyond unsatisfied. I have a wonderful woman in my life and really wanted to express to her how much she means to me. It was disheartening for me to hear from her how the arrangement was delivered, especially after waiting longer then I should have for them to deliver the finished bouquet. Luckily she understood it was the though behind the gesture! I still want my money back though, I expect perfection and excellent customer service. Come and get your horribly wilted bouquet please.. it doesnt belong on my girlfriend's desk

So my arrangement was to arrive same day on Tuesday.... got here today and it looks like it has been sitting there. The roses are withered. So for the first time receiving an arrangement from this florist was not the best.

I don’t know why I never thought to post a Google review on these people because I’ve been dealing with them for years. They’ve helped me through funerals, weddings and any other occasion you can think of. They always come through with flying colors. I would suggest that you call them directly instead of going to FTD because you’re Not guaranteed to get them if you do that. Their flowers are of the utmost freshness and they last forever if you take care of them. Love this place and the people there. Starkey!!!

As a guy with no knowledge about these kinds of things (flowers and romantic stuff), it’s a bit of a relief that the staff here doesn’t judge look at you like some sort of wierdo. You could just say now I know what to give, when to give it. Looking for a place to get your fix? This is the place, thanksss so much.
