ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a certain bouquet for my sister's 50th birthday and she received something different. Due to substitutions, I never received a call or anything to ask me if this was acceptable. The flowers were to be the color to match her birthday party theme. I will not recommend this florist at all. I am a single mom and I don't have money to waste. And all they could say was "sorry" with no remedy to the situation. WOW!!!!

Very poor back-to-back quality and customer service. An out of state relative has paid Magnolia Oaks for birthday/holiday flowers for me for the last two years. Neither could be considered an arrangement or even a bouquet... just a mish mash of unrelated colors, dried "stuff" that costs them about a penny a pound, and flowers past their prime. The roses drooped and never opened, even the daisies started to fail within a couple of days. A message left on their answering machine remains ignored.

Not so good (I do not like giving an unhappy review). I ordered a funeral stand of season flowers for my boyfriend's grandmothers funeral yesterday. While the flowers were arranged nicely the misspelling of my boyfriend's name on the sympathy card was embarrassing. With him being a grandchild his flowers were prominently displayed for everyone to see. :( I was mortified! I made sure when I ordered the flowers by phone to spell out both our names because my name is often misspelled. I made a call to the florist and they did promptly bring a newly printed card with the correct spelling.

Wonderful!!! The staff were friendly and helpful! The flowers that I ordered were perfect! I wanted a fun arrangement just to have in my house and I couldn't have asked for anything better!! Will definitely be going back there for my floral needs!!!

Good flower arrangements, will make custom bouquets, quality attention to detail on the Product. Very poor and unintuitive delivery service. Will ignore any directions given. Overall' wasn't impressed. Particularly if you want flowers for delivery.

I recently attended an event held here. The party was well organized & welcoming. The food was fresh and all homemade. Each table had it's own theme with unique flower arrangements. This experience was certainly a pleasent surprise. The owner has definitely found her calling.
