Always capable even when chaps was happening this morning I was treated like a valued customer.

I placed a order online for valentines day for my girlfriend. The delivery driver called her asking for some other lady saying he was delivering flowers to her office and couldn't find the company. The address was on the order as well and he called her cellphone. hire competent drivers who can read and use a GPS. once I got yelled at by my girlfriend and explain the driver was a jackbag, I call the florist to just ask to make sure the drivers aren't do such things anymore. the lady on the phone just wanted argue with me and say the driver made a mistake he just read the wrong name. I WILL NEVER ORDER PLOWERS OR DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE!

I recently received a bouquet from this florist that had flower foam in the vase to keep the stems in place. Unfortunately, they died much faster than any other arrangement I have ever had which was pretty upsetting. Literally within two days, most of the flowers were completely dead. I called the florist to find out if I had done something wrong with the maintenance of the arrangement and was informed that it wasn't operator error. This florist did not have to do anything to rectify the situation but they did. I was sent a fresh arrangement the next business day. I love when a business does all they can to make sure their customer is satisfied, even when it wasn't their fault. Well done, House of Blair!

Horrible .....Delivered flowers to the wrong address. Said they would upgrade to make up for it and deliver the next day. Flower arrangement they delivered was so small it was embarrassing. Will never buy from them again.

First time patron and I LOVED the variety and beauty of the selection here! I called ahead to understand their Happy Hour, so from 3-5 Mon-Fri all the available single stem flowers are half price! If they have Lillies, long stem roses, Astromedias, Daisies, sunflowes etc then they are half price. **To all my male married or soon to be married friends this is a PERFECT gift to your love that's sure to make a smile on her face while you receive ALL the brownie points! Try not to go too close to 17:00 (5p) because they will be closing soon and she seems to be a little irritated with customers at that point but I did receive helpful advice on previous day with lots of recommendations on how to beautify my bouquet

First time, last time!!! You spend 100 plus dollars (9 dollars for delivery), and they can't deliver to a house ONE block away. There were several people standing around, doing nothing. This wasn't on Valentine's Day, mind you. So, it could have been done. I'll stick to Terri's from now on. Sometimes, convenience doesn't quite work like you hoped it would. This is proof.

I have used them for the past 3 years for my son's homecoming and prom. They have always been very accommodating. I order by phone and the florists are helpful enough to send pictures by text to make sure that I am getting what I like. Even when I'm last minute, they get the job done!

I don't know if this is a complaint or compliment. My husband ordered me flowers for Valentines Day. He did do it the day of, so that is a big thumbs up for the florist to even guarantee the delivery for that day, so that is an absolute positive. Thanks for helping him with his last minute ideas. Here is my issue, when I received my flowers they were beautiful but some were already wilted. I assume that is from them sitting in a fridge for the last few weeks waiting for Valentines, and I understood that. Well also with my flowers a balloon was suppose to be attached, and as the delivery guy got out of the truck the balloon drifted away. I called to explain what happened and they said I would receive a call back, but instead two hours later I have a balloon delivered to my office...TWO days after valentine's day. The whole office laughed and said really. I mean what is the point of the balloon now, and believe it or not I would have never called back if the delivery guy would have been honest and told me what happened that day. (I saw what happened on the outdoor cameras) I understand that things happen but there is such a thing as integrity. While I appreciate the gesture of them trying to make it right, but the best thing that should have been done was to credit the balloon off the invoice. Thank you for the last minute order and helping my husband with his valentine gift, but I don't think the situation was handled correctly. I would also like to add that my flowers (2 dozen roses) were all wilted and dying by Friday and the balloon that was delivered the day after was deflated by Saturday and it was a Mylar balloon. I am just disappointed because of the amount of money that was spent.

I sent the flowers from Florida with the only picture being the one online. They were delivered within 2 hours and my friend received many compliments. I am now ordering from them again but unfortunately for a funeral. I am not worried I know they will be just as beautiful as the first order.

Very fast and friendly service. We needed a flower arrangement for a last minute birthday on Sunday at noon and when I call to ask if it would be okay to go get a bouquet last minute, the owner was very friendly and said that she had some already done but if I didn't like them, then she would make me whatever I needed (they were closing at 1pm and I was 20 minutes away). When I got there she received me with a smile and a friendly hand. She showed me the arrangements she had done and they were all very different but very beautiful as well. She suggested adding additional flowers if I wanted, however, I just loved the one I ended up getting. It had beautiful pink lilies and roses along with small purple flowers and other ones too. It was perfect! I was in and out in 15 minutes and thankful that I had found this florist. Will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend it.
