I went to this business website to order a funeral arrangement for my cousin's funeral. I am not located in the same city as the store. I asked to have a picture of the arrangement texted to me so I can see it before I accept the flower. When I got the picture I immediately called the store to question the look of the flower. I told them I was not satisified with the product and I wanted a full refund. After going back and forth the guy finally said they would give me a full refund. I was under the impression my money would just show up in my account but on 11/25/2017, I received a hand written letter stating " Do us both a favor and never call us again on Ashburn, GA. Now if I had written a similar letter I'm sure I would have some type of harassment issue going on. This is so unprofessional and I am considering calling the BBB and any other agency to make a formal complaint.
