I placed an order after 4:00 pm on Thursday for a funeral service the following day at 11:00 am. I wasn't even sure if they could get the arrangement made in time for the service, however, the sweet woman that I placed the order with took the finished arrangement to the funeral home at 5:45 pm on Thursday, on her way home. That is incredible service and one of the many reasons I have always and will continue to always use Hall's Flower Shop! The staff is always wonderful to work with and I have never once been disappointed with any arrangement or plant/flower basket that I have ordered. I give them 10 stars out of 5!

Living out of the area, I ordered a product from their website that showed totally different flowers than what was initially delivered to my mom for her birthday. When I let them know that there were sentimental reasons for choosing the flowers I'd selected, they went above and beyond to deliver a bouquet that was perfect for her. I really appreciate how much time and effort they put into remaking and redelivering her gift.

EDITED 2/16/17: While my initial impression of this establishment was very low, the Halls were very proactive in rectifying my dissatisfaction. All I wanted was to know that they care about their customers, and they have exceeded that expectation. I did not care for a refund of the order, but they issued one anyway. Thank you Betsy and Ken Hall. 2/15/17: First time doing business here. I live out-of-state and ordered a dozen roses for my mom for Valentine's Day. I'm giving this place 1 star because of poor customer service, and poor quality product. I ordered a dozen roses for a little over $100, expecting it to be delivered at a reasonable time on Valentine's Day. It was delivered at 7pm and the arrangement was scattered like a child put it together. The flowers had to be clipped and reorganized by my mom to be presentable. She shouldn't have had to do this. Further, when I called to notify the business of this, their excuse was that they had over 200 orders, and no apology was given. I have ordered from Tucker Flower Shop before, and they were great. I tried this place because of the rating, but apparently, ratings don't tell it all. I hope this place improves on its customer service by fulfilling orders appropriately and expeditiously. First and most likely the last time I'll patronize this business.

Hall's did my wedding flowers this April. Thank you for wonderful gorgeous flowers. But not just that, Betsy met with us, developed a plan, and kept it within our budget! On the day of my wedding, Betsy (and her counterparts) delivered all the flowers, centerpieces, corsages, and boutonnieres. She brought me my bridal bouquet to my room, and delivered and set up all the rest in the reception/wedding locations. She was amazing to work with and with perfect delivery! Thank you so much Betsy for all of your work on our wedding and help make our spring wedding day GORGEOUS!

As a planner I always check the reviews before deciding to visit a vendor. The reviews here unfortunately did not reflect the service I & my customer received during our visit. The initial introduction was pleasant but after being introduced to the lady at the counter in charge of the bouquet arrangements is where the visit took a very unpleasant turn. She was simply rude in her entire demeanor. She did apologize for it, however we were leaving at that point and had already decided not to continue. This experience was truly unfortunate for me as I have 7 more events taking place within the proximity where flowers will be needed and this vendor's location would have made it so convenient.

I just want to personally say how much I appreciate Hall's Flower shop. I live in Arizona and wanted to have some flowers delivered to a family member that lives in Lawrenceville Georgia. When I called, I spoke with a very kind employee and very helpful. There was a bit of a miscommunication with the driver the day of delivery. I was able to speak with the manager the following day and she took on the concern, upgraded our flower arrangement, and promised that additional training would be given to the driver. I would highly recommend Hall's Flower shop. Mistakes happen. I appreciate how they handles and corrected it.

I want to love this place for the good prices/good feel, but on more than one occasion I've waited and waited and waited for the females in the garden center to STOP chit chatting on the clock and help me purchase what I came there for....stood there at the register for waaay too long, I even walked out to the front and said "can someone help me check out?" They kept talking......until another employee came from the back and said something to those little girls. This man had to yell "hey! Is someone helping her?" .....seems like theres a few who really do their jobs, the rest use it as a social hour....I think it's a little screwed up.

Wow! I am very pleased with the service I received from Hall's Flower Shop. Everything from the 1st phone call to the delivery was easy, convenient and very affordable. I called the shop to get some general information and was greeted by Ms. Kathy. Ms. Kathy was very friendly and professional. The entire time I was on the phone with her I kept thinking of the phrase 'southern hospitality". It described her and the shop well! I gave them the address where I needed the flowers delivered and they gave me an estimate as to what time they would be delivered. They even sent me an email the next day to confirm that my order was in fact delivered. Like I said, very convenient. I never write reviews on google because I feel like it is a waste of my time. However, I was sooo pleased with the convenience of this flower shop that I just had to share with you all.
