I called Gresham's Florist, around 9:00 AM on a Saturday morning, to place an order for a bouquet of roses. I explained that I needed to be able to pick up the order by 11:30 AM, on that same day. The person with whom I spoke said that my timeframe wouldn't be a problem and asked me to call from my car when I arrived to pick up my order. At 11:30 AM, I showed up at the florist and one of the ladies from the shop brought my order out to my car. The order was a beautiful bouquet of roses that were ornamented with pearls and other adornments. I also found that the price was very reasonable for the quality of the arrangement. If you are looking for quality flowers and arrangements and great service, I would strongly recommend Gresham's Florist.

I am so disappointed with this shop. The driver called to confirm that she was on her way. She never showed up. My husband wanted to surprise me for our first Valentine's with specialized flowers. The flowers never showed up. I am disappointed. My husband called the shop at 10 am, and someone confirmed that the flowers were on the truck. At 1:45 pm the driver called me directly and said she was on her way. At 4 pm we called numerous times because the flowers were not delivered and no one answered. So there you have it, No flowers. My husband was so disappointed.

I was forced to make a last minute order with very short notice. Some of the other local florists weren't willing to work with me because of it. But regardless of the time constraint, these guys were willing to help me out. Not only did they get the order done on time, but everything was better than expected. It was a very quick delivery. The management was very friendly and helpful and the customer service was incredible. The flowers were gorgeous and the bouquets were arranged in the most elegant designs. Horrible experience! The woman I spoke with basically accused me of being a criminal for placing arrangement over the phone with a company credit card. When I spoke to her on the phone she would not take order and instructed to place online. It's 6pm in the afternoon and they were only shop open and would deliver. Called later to confirm delivery and not only were the flowers not delivered but the woman threatened to call the police on me and Her words exactly were "stop playing with people's credit cards". She then says the online order was cancelled but I had the confirmation number. No flowers and I am patiently waiting to see the credit card statement because I'm sure we were charge. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

You can tell they take pride in their work and in teaching others about flowers. They were both informative and fun while attending to my needs for what I wanted in my flowers. They knew what I wanted before I did. I definitely recommend them because I come here often and I want others to know about this place.

To my displeasure, I am sad to say that the instructions given regarding this order were not followed... I placed the order at 10am and I asked for the delivery to be by 2pm. Though it was expressed a delivery guarantee at 4pm. The delivery wasnt made until 430pm.. Unacceptable The roses were not fresh flowers. Several petals have wiltered. This is not the standard of a professional florist. I have purchased better arrangements for less with better quality. Please review the pictures attached. Unacceptable. Lastly, I requested and confirmed twice to have the card say 'Hi Ty'. The card says Happy Birthday. I was questioned in depth if I have forgotten my girlfriends birthday... UNACCEPTABLE. This experience is very disturbing. They are highly recommended. Yet I am dissatisfied with the level quality and service.

PLEASE BEWARE ! I tried ordering my girlfriend flowers at 6pm. Website says they close at 8pm. I placed my order online and got a confirmation email saying thank you for your order. I called in to check on what specific flowers they were using and the lady over the phone explained that it was too late to order the last driver already left. Well it was not to late to charge my credit card $360. She said she would look into it and call me back promptly. I never received a call. I called back at 7:30 to verify assuming it was taken care of since it let me place the order and charge my credit card. I was told the order didnt go through. Not only is this place overpriced. The customer service is the absolute worst i have ever experienced. Please do not make the mistake i did and order from these people. Just about every good review they have is from their people that work in their call center!

Received half dead ugly funeral flowers from this florist on Valentine’s Day. When we told the shop owner this on the phone she proceeded to blame teleflora and hang up on us without acknowledging the fact she sent us dead funeral flowers. Terrible service - ugly flowers- do not use!!!!!!!! UPDATE : Noting the reply by the shop to this review- the flowers were not beautiful - far from it. They were beyond blooming and old and not a nice arrangement. The response by the shop does not address the fact that when made aware they argued with us, talked over us and hung up on us without resolving or sending a new arrangement or even apologizing for the flowers not being satisfactory.

It was raining yesterday and I was not able to make it home in time for the delivery, so I asked them to leave it in front of my door. The reason why I say their customer service was awesome is because they dropped off the flowers near the door so people cannot see it. They also, sent me a picture of where they dropped it off!! Lila and Gresham's exceeded my expectations. I called around 1:30pm or so and needed a delivery that afternoon. It arrived at around 4pm. Also Lila sensed that it was important to me and went the extra mile, doing a striking arrangement of a dozen roses in a surprise bed of white flowers. Amazing! It was a big hit. It is exceptional to know there are fit blossom master like Gresham's Florist of Atlanta Since 1913. I expected to buy a social event of roses for my mother's birthday. That is the reason I was looking for a better than ordinary blossom proficient than pass on those to my mother.Good thing I found Gresham's Florist of Atlanta Since 1913. The affiliation is exceptional. The system was fast. Not by any means a hour, I had starting at now book a vehicle to my mom's region through phone. The right hand was disliking and choice. The vehicle was in like route on time so isn't unnecessarily awful. The staffs were similarly kind. Certainly, even the vehicle individual was minding and great said by my mom. It truly is astounding. I very welcome that. In times when I'm far from my mom, I truly need to make her vibe she is starting in the no so distant past respected. Incredible occupation Gresham's Florist of Atlanta Since 1913. Would absolute veneration to arrange blossoms from you again.

Flowers were very nice, but I can't help but rate 2 stars because of 1) the service and 2) the delay in delivery. I ordered an arrangement yesterday around noon and was told it would be delivered the same day (which is the primary reason I placed the order in the first place). I called around 2 PM to check on the status, to which the lady responded, "I'm not seeing it in our system." I provided her with the order number as she said she would call right back. Fast forward a couple hours... still no call back. So I call her again. She says "Yes, sorry. The billing address was incorrect." So I provide her with the correct one, and she says that she doesn't have an ETA on delivery, but that it would be delivered sometime in the afternoon. I asked AGAIN to confirm that it will definitely be delivered that day, and she said it would be. I tried calling back around 5 o'clock since I was skeptical, and no one answered the phone, although they are allegedly open until 6 PM. Surely enough, there was a reason for my skepticism -- it was not delivered until around 3 PM today. I was extremely disappointed with your service, overpromises, and lack of communication. Do not advertise and then verbally confirm same-day delivery if it's untrue. Will be very reluctant to ever order from y'all again.

Greshams florist of atlanta is my go to florist. I called the florist directly because I wanted to ensure that my order was perfect for my girlfriend. Also I have had my experience with thoses online websites and they always mess up the order since they are a third party business. Anyways, I called in and asked about what they had availible and (Lila) helped me order some beautiful hydrangeas and added some great fillers. The flowers were delivered on time and my girlfriend loved them! The flowers were a bit pricey but I always go for quality over quantity. The flowers were fresh cut and lasted a long time.

I recently placed an above average order for my wedding and the reception. I expected there to be some delay or a mishap of some kind with such a grandiose order. My wife is a flower fanatic. Much to my surprise Gresham's staff handled every detail as if these flowers were for their own wedding! Very professional and I could tell they were very experienced. I had never been to Greshmans before but after my first experience there I can say with full confidence that, Greshams is absolutely the best flower shop in Atlanta. I had a make a last minute order for for my 4 year anniversary on 4th of July, after calling multiple flower shops Greshams was the only florist willing to take it. The florist was really helpful and explained to me all the different arrangements they had. The quality of their flowers is amazing. I was able to pick up the flowers within one day of making the order. My girlfriend loved them. Overall, great customer service, high quality flowers, and their willingness to take my order even though it was last minute is making Greshams my main flower shop from now on.
