Ordered flowers for my girlfriend two days before Valentines day through their website. Due to an oversight on their end, I was charged for the order but my girlfriend never received her flowers. I called the next day to see what happened and was told it was entirely their fault but I could not be given any sort of discount on any following order, hoping to at least get my girlfriend her flowers the day after Valentines day. The end result was my girlfriend never receiving her flowers on Valentines day and at this time, I have still received no credit to my account. After dealing with this horrible experience I would STRONGLY recommend using a different service/florist.

My husband and I planned our wedding within a couple of months and had a hard time finding a florist. The week before he found Frances' and the great deal that they do for bouquets and boutonnieres. I took photos of what my inspiration was, but I wasn't expecting too much due to the time crunch. As I expected, they were out of a lot of their flowers due to it being Christmas and how long we had waited. Instead they offered to put something together in the colors I wanted. I was just so happy that we could get anything at that point. When we arrive the Saturday before, our flowers were perfect. They stood up to last until Monday, our wedding day. They even survived long car rides. I am so thankful that we found this florist and that we chose them to add a bit of nature to our big day!

I got a wrist flower thing (forgot what it’s called) for my prom date last year and it was beautiful with white mini roses and bigger white roses. The ladies there were very nice treated me like a grandson

Awesome service, delivered a beautiful boquet of roses for my girlfriend's birthday. On time delivery, great flowers and reasonably priced. I recommend using them for your floral needs.

I ordered an arrangement of roses for my Fiance this Valentine's Day morning around 8am and it was delivered by 9am. Very reasonable pricing for the very timely delivery of a very well put together arrangement. I am more than pleased with my order and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

I went into Frances' the other day looking for a bouquet for my sorority sister who recently became engaged. I spoke to Tonya who was absolutely amazing- she walked me through what pricing options there were for what kind of arrangement I wanted to get. My friend was so happy to see gerber daisies (those are her absolute favorite), and she told me the arrangement lasted longer than other arrangements she's received. Will definitely go to Frances' again!
