BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM!!! WORST EXPERIENCE!!! DISHONEST & UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS! Only chose them because of previous reviews. I ordered my flowers before 9am in the morning on Wed. and was promised day of delivery. I wasn't notified until after 5pm on Wed. that they couldn't do the delivery till the next day. Called first thing the next day, Thursday & got a lame excuse of they are busy with prom which isn't until the weekend! And on top of it they changed my message so their mistake would not be noticed!!!! Owner would do nothing for me!!!!

Sid was a joy to work with for our oldest daughter's wedding and reception! Everything was perfect! Our youngest daughter and several of her friends also had them make their prom boutonnieres and they were equally lovely. Highly recommend!

Sid was an absolute delight as he helped my daughter plan the flowers for her wedding. Neither one of us know much about flowers, and she did not have a firm idea what she wanted but was able to describe what didn't appeal to her. Sid kindly and patiently took her through the process of looking at and learning about flower options which enabled her to create, thanks to his creative suggestions, a floral concept that she was thrilled with. He was open to the idea of taking votives that we supplied and creating beautiful tablescapes around them. Throughout the whole process he was great fun to work with, which made each involvement with him an absolute pleasure. Every arrangement was a a true work of art. We highly recommend Sid and the staff from Flower From Us for an incredibly positive and seamless experience.

Flowers From Us did an incredible job with our vision for the wedding. They went above and beyond what we suggested and there were so many beautiful surprises throughout the wedding day. For example, we suggested a eucalyptus garland for the head table, but there were so many layers and additional flowers that made it look even more gorgeous than I expected. They even added more floral decor to the windows and tables than we had thought as well. Sid was so easy to work with, knowledgeable, creative, and responded immediately to any requests or questions I had via email. Our meetings with him were so fun for my mom and I. He even let me take my mock bouquet home a month before the wedding! It was truly a beautiful day and made so perfect and easy through Flowers From Us. I have purchased very nice arrangements for my mom, who lives in Alpharetta, with good results until this past Mother’s Day. I called them several days in advance, told them to be creative, which they appreciated, and paid just under $100, only for mom to receive a nondescript arrangement, with a browning artichoke as part of the arrangement. The artichoke continued to degrade, and had to be removed two days after delivery, and my mom was very disappointed in the overall quality of the arrangement. I sent Flowers From Us an email requesting an explanation, but more than a week later there has been no response. Several family members have used their services, but unless there is some explanation forthcoming, we will do business elsewhere.

This used to be my go to for flowers. I would walk in and get great customer service. Something has happened to this place though. Not only did my Mom receive wilting and dead roses but they were rude to her when she called to complain. It's just bad business to treat your dissatisfied customers with disrespect. Will never get flowers from here ever again!

I ordered flowers for a funeral service. The flowers I ordered and what were received were nothing alike. The basket was small and plants were small and the blooming plants didn't have many blooms. I was honestly embarrassed when I saw the arrangement. I called and was offered another arrangement (no thanks) or a store credit for 1/2 what I paid. Very disappointed in the arrangement and the service!

I saw the one review from Ohio, but hey...I'm from Ohio! So I took a chance on a same-day delivery need. They helped me choose something nice within my budget. My friend on the receiving end had the best "first day on the job" surprise. I'm not saying you should inundate these folks with last minute orders, but definitely you can deal with Flowers From Us in confidence. I will use them again.

SID IS A GENIUS!! My wedding was 4.28.19 and I didn't want flowers, just a chuppah. During our meeting he listened to my ideas and on the wedding day - OH MY GOSH! I was in awe. Such beautiful work and I couldn't have dreamed of anything more perfect and flawless. Sid arrived on-time/early to set up and on-time to take down the chuppah at the end of the reception.
