Very poor experience; atrocious customer service; do not use. They delivered the wrong bouquet; begrudgingly delivered the correct one 4 hours late, took back the wrong bouquet from my wife, then dodged my phone calls when I asked for a partial refund. Only after calling three times did they finally agree to issue me a half refund. Not sure how a small business expects to stay operational with such atrocious customer service. Richmond Hill is a small town with at least two florists; use Richmond Hill Florist instead. Spread the word; don't give your business to Flowers by Rose.

I recently had a horrible experience at Flowers by Rose and it seemed odd since I had nothing but great service and great flowers in the past. But after reading the past posts it made sense that there was a recent ownership change. Whether it was the new owner or their employee, the gentleman (used loosely) whom was taking the flower orders lacked integrity and flat out lied to his customers. Additionally their flowers looked worse than the daily special at Food Lion but cost three times as much. This new owner is very disappointing and in over their head, as a small business fan I hope they learn to be honest to their customers because Richmond Hill is a small community. 2/17 Of course the owner is going to continue to lie, he seems to have an excuse for every bad review. The best thing I did was get a dozen of red roses from Food Lion for $19.99, they looked a lot better and I didn't have to deal with unprofessional business owner.

Will never use these people again. Was supposed to deliver roses for Valentine's at my girlfriends place of business. Spoke with girlfriend after work and she got no delivery. I will be going up there first thing in the morning.

I order flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend at her work at 930am or earlier, didn't realize the shop opened at 10am so I emailed them about the issue. Immediately got a reply from Gabbey letting me know it was fine and she would go in early to fulfill the order. Great customer service and thanks again

We were making arrangements to have a family birthday party in downtown Savannah and needed a nice tasteful centerpiece. Gabby was very helpful and accommodating in selecting and providing a wonderful birthday arrangement. She also had the foresight and thoughtfulness to offer to pick up the cake from a different location in Savannah and deliver the cake "since she was going that way anyway." Gabby's attitude, helpfulness and ability to deliver what she promised made the entire transaction pleasant and positive. We will certainly use Flowers by Rose (and Gabby!) again for our floral needs.

We recently buried my Aunts Sister and had both the casket blanket and a stand up arrangement in the shape of a Heart done by Flowers by Rose. Both of them turned out truly Beautiful!!! What was truly wonderful was the customer service we received on the day we came in to pick them out and order them. As you can guess, my aunt was quite distraught by her sisters death and young lady doing our flowers was extraordinarily patient and kind to her and helping her through that moment. She also went out of her way to make sure to have a ribbon created that said beloved sister when it was a difficult task for her to do without the machine. However she went above and beyond and the finished product was perfect!
