Awful customer service. we stood there for 15 minutes without help as the workers stared at us and didn’t even give us so much as a “ hello “. then one lady came up to us and said “ have you been helped? “ we said no and she just walked away and never came back to help us..? thanks for nothing.

Flower Jazz rocks! I called them around noon the other day, requesting flowers and balloons to be delivered in the area that same afternoon. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable about their products and gave me many great ideas and options. They delivered the balloons and flowers I ordered as promised-that same afternoon, and the whole floral arrangement was exactly what I had ordered. The flowers were beautiful in the special container they suggested-perfect for the recipient. Also...A special shout-out to whomever I spoke with at Town and County Florist in Hoschton, GA. He was honest about letting me know that I had called them too late for a delivery that afternoon, and highly recommended Flower Jazz. He did not make empty promises, which I appreciate. When you are calling from a distance and relying on others, you have to hope and trust that whomever you are speaking with will give you the help you need. I would order from either of these floral shops again in a heart beat!

I called 1800flowers late Thursday night and told them all the details. Needed to be at funeral home in time for the 3:30 service. I received an email saying they had been delivered somewhere between noon and 12:30. I asked if I could make a change and she didn't see a problem with it. Well when I saw it I was amazed at how beautiful it was. Extremely satisfied and will order again!

I don’t think I have ever been treated worse... I wanted to buy local instead of ordering through a national chain. I called to ask if they could deliver after 3 and the lady lost her mind. I get it Valentina’s day, but come on? I’m going to Kroger.

This business was the epitome of great customer service. I called them at about 5 o'clock PM in need for an urgent delivery for my sisters birthday the same day. She was able to find a driver despite the distance being further than her usual deliveries and came up with a beautiful arrangement. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I am disgusted and horrified about how this florist does business. I had ordered flowers for my mother’s 70th birthday and they were delivered 3 days early. When I called the florist they admitted it was their mistake and assured me they would fix it. The florist promptly hung up on me. The next day I get a phone call from mother who is crying because someone from the flowers shop came and took the flowers back. The delivery man told her it was what I had agreed on. I am shocked that they would first make this mistake but then they would come back and take my little old mother’s birthday gift away from her. I am in tears as I write this review. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They are completely unprofessional their customer service is pathetic. I wish I could only give them zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. I ordered through FTD, so please don’t do business with them either. I will be using 1800Flowers from now on.

Store hours are posted as 10-5. I arrived at 9:30 and waited for them to open. At 10:15 the store still wasn't open. So apparently they aren't eager for business and I waited for nothing.

Received a huge bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day. The lilies in the bouquet were slightly wilted when they arrived and were totally dead by the next morning. We will not be using this business again!

Totally unprofessional, rude, horrible customer service and in the end lied about delivering arrangement!! Defiantly don't recommend and obviously will never use again!!

My mother ordered from 1-800 flowers and the order that was received, in no way compared to the photo on 1-800 flowers... Through customer service she was linked with this local shop and we are absolutely taken away by the attitude shown when we explained very nicely to the woman that for almost $80 plus a $20 dollar delivery fee. My older mother tried to explain to her that the presentation was very minimal and she was expecting $100 worth of flowers... I had to interrupt because she constantly cut off my mother. I had to ask her to stop innterupting my mother so she could hear the entire story instead of being loud and speaking over her. If you cannot produce what 1800 flowers has contracted you to do as a third party florist- then please do not get upset when a customer calls your business out for delivering what we could have gotten at Publix for $20, these are these reasons people no longer buy locally, because business' like yours and customer service like yours. The flower arrangement was corrected and it is very beautiful, which is how it should have been from the beginning. HOWEVER - the woman arrive demanded to take the old flowers, and continued to be beligerant and rude.

Ordered a corsage for Father Daughter dance for 6 years old. That was the most beautiful thing I have seen so far. Made especially for little wrists, we did white and it worked so nice with the whole outfit. I saw some other corsages on the day I picked up ours and they were gorgeous. Highly recommend this florist.

I was very impressed with the service and beautiful flowers. I had no problem ordering and the delivery was sent when I requested it. I sent flowers to my friend for her birthday and five days later, the flowers are still going strong! Thank you!

Horrible Experience , It was my first Valentin's flower to my partner, It was really embarrassing. I did order from Telflora website & it seems this store works with them in the City. My order was ten Radiant Red Tulips but as you can see in pictures , they put what color they had or want and it was orange . the arrangement of the flowers were not professional at all It looks like a 5 years old kid made it. I really shocked after I've got these pictures ... They did not put a small note card on it instead they put their business card and the print of the order. When I called the florist to complain and asked why they did use orange Tulips, she was really rude and yelling at me . she said " Do you wan to return your order " come on on Valentin's day it's really rude doing that The florist promptly hung up on me. Over all they are unprofessional in customer service , work done . Don't Do Business with this unprofessional people. Extremely Dissatisfied ...

I was IMMENSELY pleased with my dealings with this florist. I was late getting to the store one night and desperately needed an arrangement for my wife. The owner kept the shop open for me even though she was about to close. She took the time to advise me on an arrangement and made it while I waited. It was beautiful! Thanks so much for your care and willingness to stay a little later to bring joy into someone's life. Ask for Anna, she will take good care of you!
