I have no idea why this place is so highly rated. When I went to pick up my flowers they were hardly worth the price I paid. I was told red and white ROSES yet they were only tiny red ones with another white flower that looked like they were already wilting. This was a gift for the Tim Tebow prom for disabled people. They were rude too and didn't care about PLEASING THE CUSTOMER NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

It doesn't matter how much stress one is under, you should not carry with you such an air of ignorance and superiority. Outrageous prices for taking a flower and hot gluing it to a pin. No intent to //ever// use again.

I'm living in Arkansas and chose this florist due to other great reviews. I refuse to order flowers from the giant websites, too many horror stories. My friend's son unexpectedly passed away and the service was for a Monday evening. I called Monday morning and asked if she could do up something on such short notice. I told her the situation, told her what budget I had (not a big one, I promise), and basically just had to trust she'd do something decent. She was very, very nice, but considering I was a thousand miles away, could have easily taken advantage of the situation and thrown a few daisies in a cup and I'd have been stuck. Today, I got a call from my friend. She said the arrangement was far and away the brightest and most beautiful one there, and the funeral directors had put it as the centerpiece of all the arrangements. She said everyone was talking about it. My friend said her son's wife was overwhelmed with how lovely it was. So Carmen, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for taking such good care of my friend's family. You literally gave them a bright spot in their dark time with your talents. God bless you, I'll forever be grateful.

Awful communication for delivery as well as terribbly snippy customer service on the phone at the store. Failed to deliver a flower arrangement that was supposed to mean a lot to someone. When you pay so much money for a service you hope it to be good, and this was not. I expect a full refund on our arrangement as this is not acceptable. Specific details were also written as how to contact our special person, which was clearly disregarded. Unacceptable. I do not suggest anyone to use Flower Jazz.

I paid attention to the negative reviews for this florist, but thought I could make my experience different by calling three times to confirm the order for prom flowers. When I called the second time, they could not find my order and had the wrong phone number for me. We sorted that out and I confirmed our request. I thought it would be a good idea to call again the next day just to make sure there would be no issues at pick-up. I learned then that the order was still not recorded correctly. Once again I confirmed everything that I requested. I asked along the way if I should come in and they told me that would not be necessary. When I picked up the flowers, it was not exactly as we discussed. I had to wait for Anna to show up. She was very argumentative and was going to up-charge me for the order that we discussed on the phone. So much more to this story, but bottom line, there is a big language barrier which I tried to work around, but Anna was more interested in arguing with me about our previous conversations than looking to resolve the situation. She made it clear that she was not going to resolve the issue even though she admitted to the misunderstanding and when I told her that I just wanted to pay for the flowers and be done, she continued to argue. It was very difficult for me to even leave the shop. I had to be firm that I just wanted to pay for the order and part ways for good. Their flowers may be pretty, but customer service needs improvement.

They gave my daughter’s prom flowers to someone else the day before prom! They had to make ours last minute while I waited. Fortunately, they turned out pretty. The store owner was rude in explaining the situation. I’m not sure how they gave someone my daughter’s flowers free!

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FLOWER DELIVERY EVER!!!!!!!!! Not only was the owner rude on the phone with me asking when they will be delivered(it was past 4:30 pm est) so I decided to cancel the order. The phone call to the person that was to receive their flowers was offensive and crude. Telling them to check their life choices and that their flower were canceled. I personally will never use this florist ever again.

Best experience that I have ever had ordering flowers! I called a last minute order in, expecting to be told that it wasn't possible & instead got enthusiastic cooperation from Anna. Not only did she get the arrangement to my husband in no time, she also made one of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen! Fresh & so lovely! She made his day & I am grateful for her flowers & her excellent customer service.

I agree with Cooper Harrison. Our order arrived without a card and when I called to complain about it, the person on the phone was very rude and said the card was in there when it wasn't. They called the recipient and tried to deliver to her after 5:00 at which was not convenient for her and they were rude to her as well. There are lots of other florists in the area. I reported them to 1-800 Flowers.

I am in Mississippi and I ordered flowers for the first time on Friday for delivery Valentine Day. It's now 6:00 PM and no flowers. How embarrassing. The first time in over 20 years...no flowers. Would not recommend this shop. Buyer beware

Walk in smell the flowers and be amazed at the amazing quality of arrangements. Gorgeous flowers for any occasion. I got flowers for my mother from here as a designers choice. Best money spent, mom loved it and I did too.

UPDATE....TO COMPOUND THIS ISSUE, they are now lying to FTD and saying they delivered TWO SETS of flowers. We have RING and we can provide a full and uninterrupted video of who came and went, THEY DID NOT. Never have I been so disgusted by any company before as I am with this business. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE. They delivered flowers on VALENTINE'S Day at 8:45 PM. We were already getting ready for bed. They were ordered well in advance by my husband. That may not have been so bad however they sent an email indicating they were delivered at 6pm sonwe spent over 2 hours trying to get through to the FTD customer service number because they clearly were NO delivered. So horrible and on Valentine's Day. And then the lady who delivered them said in broken Russian, not my fault...not my problem when I asked her why we got an email saying they were delivered almost 3 hours before she showed up? I do not care it is Valentine's Day....all the more reason to be prepared. You know how many orders you can fulfill...and why lie about the delivery. So disappointing. The card was wrapped in the companies order info on and 8 x 10 white paper folded up ...so...NO CARD WHICH WAS REALLY THE MOST TOUCHING PART OF THE ORDER.

TRULY GIFTED. Anna is super understanding, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I have been going to that flower shop for 2 years and have never been disappointed. The flowers are always fresh and vibrant with color. You can pick anything in the store and Anna will turn it into a wonderful work of art. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. Whether you are buying a $5 dollars bouquet or $100 dollars arrangement, Anna gives it the same level of special attention. I would highly recommend Flower Jazz to anyone and for any occasions.
