They are the best, ever!!!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced any where from any one. I called 4 days earlier for a flower delivery, and I called to verify the day at lunch and they had NOT even been completed, less delivered. The staff quickly rushed and put something together. It was supposed to be a dozen yellow roses mixed in with white daisies. The picture is what we FINALLY received after they called to ask my mother if she wanted them redelivered or picked up when they did not deliver them earlier as requested. "All deliveries go out in the morning." Maybe if they do not completely forget you. And remember, I called 4 days prior!!! Instead of fixing the situation, the male owner sent someone to pick the thrown together "hodgepodge of colors" up, and has ruined my mothers birthday. The elderly couple that run this place need to retire! Rude does not begin to describe their arrogance. I was told "I should have called back and spoken to someone else." You are only good as the person representing you; however, the "rude and direct employee you blame everything on" (whom I am sure will continue working there) has followed example. Absolutely the rudest people I have ever encountered. To these people: there is a special place for you, St. Peter will see you soon.

I ordered an arrangement online for my grandmother's funeral and checked a box that stated I did not want substitutes from the arrangement I ordered. I also wrote in the description that I would like it delivered same day. About an hour after I placed the order, Brenda from Ensign called to let me know that they did not have the same color of leaves as the description and wanted to know if she could substitute a different color. (I'm ignorant when it comes to flowers, but she had the same filler leaf in a different color than the picture.) I was so impressed at their attention to detail and customer service. There are so many occasions that people do not get what they ordered and it's very disappointing. They also confirmed the flowers would be delivered today. A small detail in the scheme of everything, but they made such a nice impression going the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction!

Smelled wonderful.. However I felt like I didn't know where to go when entering the store. Wasn't sure if I CLD just browse or if someone took me around to help with questions or what. Ended up finding a prepaired potting that was nice in the section I was at and left. It's a beautiful place, open it up some so when we're looking we don't feel limited.

I used Ensign Florist for a large arrangement of three dozen roses. They showed me their selection and I paid $$$ extra to get the premium variety. When I arrived to pick up the arrangement, they were at least two week old roses - not the fresh ones I was promised by paying extra. They weren’t even the correct color I had selected. They apologized but refused to give a refund because the bouquet was already made. I asked them if they could remake it with the correct roses and they said they had already used them for other arrangements. I am very disappointed as I planned in advance and Ensign has usually been a very reputable florist in the area. The new staff no longer have the same values and quality of work Ensign was once known for.

I do not recommend using this florist the flower will not look like anything like the pic that you see on the web site. When you call they will make every excuse on why they don't look the same as the pic. Worst looking flowers I have ever seen.

This florist is the only florist we ever use. Their flowers are always fresh. My wife used them to do our wedding. They are the Best of the Best! They've been in this area all my life. That should tell you something about longevity.

Very satisfied with our purchase. We ordered a blanket for my mother's casket. Although we ordered the smaller, size, it was surprisingly large, and was thoroughly filled. It was also tastefully decorated with several contrasting colors, and most of the flowers used even survived a frosty night, continuing to look good the next day. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Very, very disappointed when I saw what was sent to the funeral home Vs the picture I ordered. And when I contacting them, they argued with me. Their policy is false, they do not guarantee satisfaction! When you spend $112 you expect a lot more than what they deliver!
